Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Atlanta

This chain has the BEST fast food service you can get in the US. The restaurants have a lot of business, but the wait to order is still under 5 minutes consistently. The menu has a variety of choices that are all generally diet-friendly. At an Atlanta location that I’m reviewing on (I can’t remember, there are tons of these joints in Atlanta), our cashier was not very experienced and messed up a couple items on our order. However, we told them the errors and they apologized in a way that I thought was sincere and fixed he error. On to the food (I tried a little bit of what each of the other people in my party bought): the original chicken was juicy, tender, and had a crispy, tasty coating. The spicy version was PERFECT. The grilled chicken is very similar, just with a saltier taste and less of a crisp. The waffle fries were soft and crispy and complemented the taste of the food and the “real ingredients” theme expressed by Chick-Fil-A. The server checked up on us a couple times during the meal. Had the only horrible chick fil a experience here. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles add pepper Jack, very simple. So my first sandwich was a normal one with no pickles add pepper Jack. I go up to exchange it for a spicy one. Now this is where I get angry. They slap together one that was meant for a carryout by putting pepperjack on it. I was going to be like whatever as long as it didnt have pickles. The bag said the carryout customer had ordered it with no pickles. There were still 6 pickles on it. Had to wait in line twice and my girl finished eating way before me. All I got was something about them switching my order but even if they had they STILL put pickles on that dudes sandwich when they werent supposed to be. The chick- Fil-A inside Lenox mall is the worst location in the state of Ga. They screw my order up every time I go there. Tonight a young lady named Princess took my order, no pickles, no butter on the bun. Simple right, still messed me up and gave me the spicy sandwich instead. They stand around talking to each other, taking your order comes second to them having a personal conversation. After my experience tonight, I am officially never eating chick Fil a again.
