ALL of this for Harry Potter donuts...I have been coming here for years!! There is smoke in their entire building on August 28, 2025. I told the supervisor, my receipt says MacKenzie (idk if that is her name but I did see a change in register) this who rang up my order. No apology no nothing. Just bad customer service with her saying, my eyes are affected too when I told her my eyes are getting watery. Then she claims she doesn't know the rewards and I told her my experience. If she is a supervisor, she should be knowledgeable. Do you know how many times she had to scanned my rewards? I didn't even have to ask, but she finally talks to her GM and the GM was like just comp this and then she finishes transaction and tells me the total. I had to ASK her what exactly I am paying for. She just said I discounted it and it will show on your receipt. She doesn't even tell me for what item... Can't even say that for the mistake of her asking me to redeem my rewards because she doesn't know if it would work. She obviously doesn't care and doesn't say it to avoid responsibility and genuinely doesn't want to help me. She claims she never said that. I told her I showed her my phone and she saw it. Then she claims it will give me back my points. She doesn't know what she is talking about. Really stupid for a supervisor and no sense of customer service. On top of that, I never seen an employee put 4 specialty donuts in a 3 pack box. I order the Harry Potter donuts which were more expensive. Just awful and this is my neighborhood Krispy Kreme. I just don't want that supervisor to serve me again. Upon seeing this review, she probably still won't take responsibility and just blame the customer 100%. At least what the GM told her makes sense, if there was a line and she spent so much time on my 5 donut and one drink transaction, is it worth it lady??? She is the type of person to lose sales for the business. And she had the nerve to ask me to move aside when their are other customers yet she had time to just spend too much time with the transaction when no customers in line, and I had to deal with the smoke, what a piece of work this supervisor is. No thank you, I causally took my time since she took forever. Promote someone else on the team to supervisor. Apparently she isn't getting paid enough to give me this attitude. Not caring about customers and saying we employees are dealing with the smoke. I would have gone home but apparently you need money so you gotta work. But don't have that non caring narcissist attitude to your customers, give them a good experience and stop making it about yourself. I don't want someone like her servicing me in the community. Nobody is getting mad at her, she just seems to get ticked off over the littlest constructive criticism and having a tone.

Today is my Dada's (paternal grandfather) birthday and he would have been 87 years old this year! Dada was the superintendent of public education for all of Delhi, a great father (and grandfather), a poet, an actor and lover of sweets. The love of sweets and stress from work eventually caught up with him when he became diabetic, but every once in a while he indulged in a treat. His treat of choice when he visited us in the United States was a @krispykreme donut, can you blame him?? I'll be honest - there is one, maybe two donuts that I could consistently choose over Krispy Kreme and even those are a bit different. Let's break down why Krispy Kreme donuts were my grandfather's American treat of choice: 1. Consistency: this donut ranks among the top for all donuts in terms of it's texture, warm and soft (if hot and ready) or crisp but fluffy if cool. Biting into this donut is like biting into heaven 2. Flavor: this donut is literally coated in sugar... obviously it tastes amazing and somehow not overwhelming in flavor balanced by the actual donut 3. Experience: I'm sorry I don't have a video of the hot and ready but watching your donut be made, wearing the Krispy Kreme hat, it's an amazing experience everytime. We've driven 45 mins to get it when Dada visited

I am extremely disappointed with Krispy Kreme's decision to not allow indoor service in their walkable neighborhood location. It is absolutely infuriating that they have chosen to prioritize convenience over customer satisfaction and comfort. Additionally, I am extremely disappointed with Shaquille O'Neal's association with Krispy Kreme. As a well-known figure and owner of this location, I expected him to advocate for customer satisfaction and convenience. However, it seems that his affiliation with Krispy Kreme only extends to promoting their products, without any regard for the customer experience. In conclusion, Krispy Kreme's decision to not allow indoor service in their walkable neighborhood location is a major inconvenience and disappointment. I urge the management to reconsider their stance and prioritize customer comfort and satisfaction. As for Shaquille O'Neal, I hope he takes into consideration the impact of his association with a brand that disregards the needs of its customers.

Title: Indulge in Doughnut Delights and Irresistible Beverages at Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme, the iconic doughnut destination, has long been synonymous with indulgence and delight. My recent visit to their establishment reaffirmed why Krispy Kreme remains a beloved favorite among dessert enthusiasts. From the delectable doughnuts, especially when the hot light is on, to the refreshing array of ice lattes and frozen lattes, there's something to satisfy every craving at Krispy Kreme.

Let's start with the stars of the show: the doughnuts. There's a reason why Krispy Kreme's hot light is celebrated like a beacon of sweetness. When that light is on, it signals the arrival of freshly glazed doughnuts, still warm from the fryer and meltingly soft with every bite. The Original Glazed doughnut is a timeless classic, boasting a delicate balance of sweetness and lightness that makes it utterly irresistible. Whether you opt for the classic varieties or indulge in one of their innovative flavors, each doughnut is a testament to Krispy Kreme's dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

But Krispy Kreme isn't just about doughnuts; they also excel in crafting refreshing beverages to complement their sweet treats. The ice lattes and frozen lattes offer a welcome respite from the summer heat, providing a perfect blend of creamy indulgence and invigorating caffeine. From classic flavors like vanilla and caramel to seasonal offerings that tantalize the taste buds, there's no shortage of options to satisfy your coffee cravings at Krispy Kreme.

What sets Krispy Kreme apart is not just the quality of their products but also the experience they offer. The aroma of freshly fried doughnuts wafting through the air, the cheerful atmosphere of the store, and the friendly smiles of the staff—all contribute to making every visit to Krispy Kreme a memorable one. Whether you're stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or treating yourself to a leisurely indulgence, Krispy Kreme never fails to deliver on its promise of sweetness and delight.

In conclusion, Krispy Kreme remains a beloved destination for doughnut enthusiasts and coffee lovers alike. With their irresistible doughnuts, especially when the hot light is on, and a refreshing selection of ice lattes and frozen lattes, Krispy Kreme continues to set the standard for indulgence and enjoyment. So the next time you find yourself craving a sweet treat or in need of a caffeine fix, look no further than Krispy Kreme for a truly...

Ill get straight to the point. KK on Ponce just lost my business along with about 4-5 other customers this morning.

I got a notification on my phone the "HOT DONUT" sign was on at this location. I live in Stone Mountain so it's about a 20 minute drive to get to Ponce. Yes, there is a KK closer to me but we wanted the fresh, "right off the line" HOT DONUT experience.

We got there and placed our order a mixed dozen and a small coffee the counter person said it would be 5-10 min for the hot donuts... This was perplexing since we came all the way there for HOT DONUTS and could see them coming off the HOT DONUT line. (Strike 1).

As we waited on this Sunday morning, customers rolled in and waited and ordered dozens of HOT DONUTS and got their orders filled and left. My temper started to rise as did the other folks who had waited like me for their order in complete bewilderment as to why it takes so long. Two other customers had asked for refunds at this point. (Strike 2)

As I, and the other customers, began to inquire why we had been waiting 25 minutes for HOT DONUTS when we could obviously see them coming off the line, the shift manager became involved and was absolutely clueless as to why we had been waiting so long much less to notice that no one was getting a receipt since the cashier didn't know how to load the roll of receipt paper into the machine. I again asked why it was taking so long when people BEHIND me were getting orders filled and all I got was a blank stare. (Strike 3)

When I finally got my measly box of found dozen donuts that had been waiting for HOT glazed donuts, they in fact were COLD DONUTS and been pulled from the shelf and tasted about as good as the box they came in. (You're OUT)

These types of experiences are pathetic and speaks highly of the Krispy Kreme company culture to not take the customer seriously or place any value in why we as customers go out of our way to patronize your business. If there was any success learned from today it's that KK has successfully lost a long...
