Patrick's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Atlanta

Came in for a very simple order, but left with a refund after horrible customer service. I ordered a six piece wing with a order of fries. I waited atleast 20 mins when I noticed cold fries sitting on the dirty container under a heat lamp. I nicely asked the cashier if I could get FRESH fries with my wings (mind you, my wings should be almost done), hoping she would ask the cook to drop fresh ones with my order. Well, she surprised me when she grabbed an order of the cold fries from under the heat lamp ( mind you, she just finished wiping down the soda cases and spraying down the containers, and never washed her hands) and placed them in the window and told the cook to drop them back in the oil again. I politely asked her for a refund at this point, only for her to place my money on the container and tell me that I'm no longer welcome to this place of business because I wasted food. I've lived in this neighborhood for sometime now and this is only my 2nd and LAST time visiting this establishment, so I could honestly care less about visiting this place again! Customer service sucks, they don't wash hands, and they apparently refuse to give customers FRESH food...its a NEVER...

Asian and Hispanic men and women runs this place! The dining room is old fashioned but very clean and neat. The Hispanic lady was very helpful as far as meal options. Not sure if there was a restroom for customers dining in or taking out but if it doesn't have one what a shame! 😳 Anyways, as for the food. If you are looking for authentic tasting fried rice this isn't it. The ranch is actually mayo and ranch seasonings which irritated the fuxx out of me. I still used mayo aka ranch just to finish off those ok lemon pepper wings! Their vegetable fried rice is nothing more than peas, carrots, onions and lima beans! Yelp, I said it...lima beans!! It didn't even taste like fried rice at all 😱! I could have boiled rice, then fried it with soy sauce then thrown in those freezer burnt pot pie veggies in it as a bonus at home myself! Anyways, NO bean spouts, cabbage in it either! So if you just want food without the quality, then happy eating at Patrick's ok, but if you want the real deal, go else where for the fried rice!! Everything else I haven't tried so!! Good luck...

This establishment has put a bad taste in mouth for the last time. Everytime I come here the lady who is normally taking orders, probably the owner or manger is very rude and has a bad attitude. On Thursday night I was calling to place my order over the phone but they didn’t answer the phone because it was almost closing time. So I went into the restaurant at 8:45, hoping I could place an order but when I walked in they acted like they didn’t see us and they didn’t greet us. From my understanding when working in customer service your suppose to GREET A CUSTOMER! We stood there for about 2 mins and they didn’t say anything to us and my boyfriend had to speak up and ask them are they still taking orders and they lady finally turned around and said no we’re cleaning up. If your establishment closing time is at 9 pm then you’re suppose to take customers up to 9 pm. Please found better employees because the workers are horrible. Do better because they just lost a customer because they lack...
