Just wrote this in a recent survey to Taco Bell - I mean get your stuff together!* I NEVER take these surveys. Why? Because I have no time. None - like no extra time. So, the fact that I am sitting here writing this should indicate my level of frustration over something that is supposed to be EASY - FAST - FOOD! Otherwise, why are you in business? This is the 3rd time in less than one month we, as a family, have spent over 30.00 a visit only to come home and find someone is missing something. The horrible part is that it is typically a child, and the whole reason we go to Taco Bell is because it is fun for them to order things mom and dad don't typically feed them. After I walked in with dinner in hand tonight I was so distraught to see an item missing. Again, the entire reason I was sitting behind a woman who must have ordered one of everything on that menu, was for convenience. When I called to speak to the manager he interrupted me (with terrible grammar-I might add) advising me to come back to get my missing item - Off Howell Mill Rd - during rush hour - in Atlanta!! Drive back? I will just make her mac and cheese! I just want you to care; although you might not have the most glamorous job, or the highest paying doesn't mean you get to go through life all half**! I mean Atlanta, can you please start being proud of what you do? I don't care what you make an hour! Care about the quality you are producing, and act accordingly. If you can't find your pride way down deep in there then QUIT. Save all of us tired parents, or students, or family members with loved ones in Piedmont across the street from these terrible experiences. Come back? HA! How about you have the employee who is responsible for putting the items in the bag deliver it to my house! We live right behind Howell Mill in Underwood Hills. Maybe if that was a policy they would start double checking that the bag matches what is on the screen after asking you: 'ma'am, please read the screen and make sure your order...
Read moreI pulled up to a long line in the drive thru, that was at a complete standstill for a while. The person that took my order was kind, but lacked personality. Which honestly, and unfortunately in Atlanta, this is a normal thing for people in the fast food industry. I ordered the beef chalupa meal and after 35 minutes of waiting in line I finally got my food. When I park to check my bag, I find they had given me chicken chalupas. No big deal I see people just walked into the dining room so I'll just go inside and get the right meal. If only it worked that way... the door was locked and everyone inside looked at me like I was dumb for trying to open the door.... well patience is a virtue right? Back to the drive through line. This time it took 45 minutes to get back to the window... only to be told to pull around and wait...ANOTHER 35 MINUTES LATER... after waiting inside...I get my food. I didn't complain or show that I was visibly upset. But it's clear this location is understaffed and the staff that is there are somewhat unprofessional and have a clear lack of interest in the job. I honestly hope that they achieve whatever level of success they truly want because though when I finally got my food, the atmosphere and the attitudes of these people were depressing. Good food but service and professionalism is...
Read moreI feel weird leaving a review for a Taco Bell, but since you're here reading this, then I guess this message is for you.
This might be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. I don't mean that in some "culinary sophisticated" type of way, it's still a Taco Bell. But quality wise, this place leaves NOTHING to be desired. It's the type of good were you have it, and start thinking back fondly on every Taco Bell experience you've ever had. I came here once after not having Taco Bell for at least a few years, and had an amazing drive thru order. I figured it was just a lucky break, and that if I came back I'd be disappointed because there was no way it could be good again, right?... AND THEN IT WAS! Like I'm literally watching the Hawks lose a playoff game to the Celtics, and felt the need to tell the internet how good this Taco Bell is, but you gotta give flowers to people when they can smell them, so here I am.
Idk if management is just paying the employees enough to care about the food they are making, or if the staff are just really on their game here, but they really got something going on over here. Management please keep whatever "secret sauce" you've got going on, if you aren't paying your employees enough, consider it. They are KILLING IT! Don't let a single person leave for a...
