WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY BANKING ESTABLISHMENT!!! If I could give no stars I would. I have had business account with Bank of America for years, and this branch in particular has always been a terrible experience. According to the employees the drive-thru is permanently closed and they are "under-staffed." Which always means One to 2 tellers available on a good day and lines to the door. I have witnessed the manager Josh Picchetti to be extremely rude and unprofessional many times but today was the last straw. I came into this branch earlier this week to make a few deposits but saw a line to the door and was unable to wait an hour or so at that time. I came back today to make 6 deposits since I was unable to make them earlier in the week. There was only one teller available who normally is another manager and not a teller and he slowly made the deposits as best he could. (Normally the other tellers are faster). A line began to build and as my last deposit was going through, Mr. Picchetti has the nerve to ask me in a demeaning tone "If I normally make this many deposits?" and if my account was "business or personal." Which are inappropriate and insulting questions to ask your banking customer. It should not matter if I have 1 deposit or 100, or if my account is personal or business. Your job as a BANK is to process my transactions (hopefully in a timely and professional manner ) and THAT IS IT. It was not my fault you are understaffed and were unwilling to open another teller station to help YOUR other customers. Read moreI had the best experience at this location. I don’t understand some of the low reviews. It is truly one of the best, if not the best experience I have had at a bank. I walked in and the manager Sean kindly welcomed me and asked me how he can help. I needed to open a business account and was asked to have a seat until the next person was available to assist. FYI. You can make an appointment to avoid the lines which is amazing. While sitting I had one person come up and tell me that she will let me know how long it will be and between her and the others they will see who can help me as quickly as possible. Lucia was amazing! I had a few things I needed her to help address first and then she very professionally and calmly addressed all my issues and made it such an easy process to open this account. She educated me on what my options were and made a recommendation after listening to my situation. The manager Sean came and made sure we had what we needed. Honestly, I felt like a VIP and I literally just opened a bank account with the mimimim amount required. I am so happy I chose Bank of America and this location and want to thank everyone, especially Lucia and Sean for making this a smooth and exceptionally positive experience. Read moreOn Saturday morning, I visited the Howell Mill branch to cash and deposit a check from a previous apartment my roommate, and I lived in into our joint BOA account. Upon arrival, the associate gave me difficulty on cashing the check because of how it was printed (I had no control over that).
After thoroughly explaining to the teller where the check came from (again my old apartment, Twentynine24 Brookhaven security deposit) and verifying both myself and roommate's information, she still gave me hassle about the cashing and depositing the check. I even offered to wait and bring my roommate in, and she was firm on that there was nothing left she can do. It was a very disappointing experience, and I started to get the feeling the teller was being very prejudice and assumed the check was fraudulent or my story had been false.
I know we live a current era that bank scamming and falsifying funds is running rapid, but still doesn't give the right to judge a young adult attempting to deposit actual funds. Ended up leaving the branch and we went to the Buckhead Shopping location and completed the transaction in less than 15 minutes which further tells me that the teller was giving me...
