This place I have been coming to Bally's for 2 most and it never fails to amaze me that the food (if they even have something because they are always out of things for weeks at a time) but the food is always a problem, never cooked right, as for the hot tea how hard is it to make exactly what you order? It's on a little slip today the kid read it back to me and all, I get tired of putting this much money out I took the tea back downstairs & I asked for it to get remade, well I heard the 2 young kids talking about it & they tried to put the flavors into it and laughed, I said please can you remake it? He said oh you want it to be remade? (Mind you he is the one I asked to have it remade) So I watched him put the milk in first & I said aren't you supposed to put the milk in first, he said oh & I watched him he didn't put the milk in another cup to finish, he then put the flavors in, he put in one flavor of 2 I asked for and again I said aren't you supposed to put the tea in first? He said no this is how we don't, I am so pissed off that the tea is never hot and never made correct, I am paying almost $6 for a tea and tea is even to hard for these kids. They are all young have no clue what they are doing, they put the food right on the counter cross contaminate I watched every step they made today & they all think it's funny when they mess up, they had not one donut on the shelf at 7:45am I am sure I'm not the only one that sees all this going on, I paid over $100 for my family of 4 and it just sucked, I walked to the check in desk and asked who do I talk to about this and nobody knows anything, someone heard me and told me there's a woman that's management there so I'm here for another couple days I will return later when I see there is someone else in there to talk to about this situation. I don't ask for much but this is just ridiculous & if we all keep going there and not talking up this is what service & product we will get. It's not rocket science. This is just my thoughts and some of my complaints, I just hope to be able to talk to someone today about this because this has gone...
Read moreProbably the worst Dunkin I've been to. We came here because it was closer to us walking distance than the other Dunkin in the area. The worst mistake we made. If anyone is coming here I'd really think about that again. Even if you have to walk the extra block, do it! We actually been to the other one as well and that was great, great service and great coffee. The workers here are extremely rude, the cashier is incredibly confused and has been putting in everyone's order wrong sicne we got here. All we got was 2 coffees, an egg and cheese sandwich and hash browns. She put in 2 Sandwiches and had to re-enter it multiple times. Our coffees were also out in wrong, even after correcting her about 5 times. She kept blaming the computer but wouldn't remember the coffee order I wanted right after I repeated it when we picked up our order the coffees were not even close to what we ordered. The people making the good are extremely rude. I asked the lady if she can fix my coffee and she made a really mad face and told me she can't take it back. I explained to her that I didn't want her taking it back, I just wanted a flavor to be added and she waved her hand at me like she shoo-ed me away and said I ain't takin that back. While I was waiting for them to help me fix my coffee, there were 2 other people waiting to get their orders. But they couldn't even figure out whose order was what. Then the cashier came and tried convincing the lady that already had a bad attitude that the good was mine. Then she she read the order to me and said this is what you ordered, it's what you wanted. And when I told her I didn't order that she got confused again and kept saying I don't know where they went she was right here. Its a horrible place with rude people with bad communication between them I highly recommend...
Read moreNote: Bally's Atlantic City is currently improving and updating the entire hotel and casino. This Dunkin' needs to be completely overhauled and improved or they should think about bringing in a replacement business that can better serve basic customer needs. Information: Located on the lobby/hotel check in level area of Bally's Park Place Casino Hotel. (see pic.) Be fore warned: This Dunkin does not accept or give any DDPerks for purchases, does not accept gift cards (see pic) nor does it participate in any other company wide promotions. However, they will accept food credits/vouchers issued by Bally's Casino through their Guest Rewards program. Review: Unfortunately this is the only 24 hr. restaurant/place to buy any food or drinks in the entire casino. They consistantly run out of food items; sometimes for days at a time, esp. on the weekends. The staff is not the friendliest, usually very slow and have no knowledge of what they have available on the posted menu boards and what they actually have in stock. The line can get unusually long during breakfast or hotel check out hours. Recently I waited 20 plus minutes to get to a register just to find out they had no food items available. (See pic of what I wanted to purchase, but it was not available.) Dunkin' here's a suggestion-- Since some workers might not be too busy cooking or preparing "no food" at all, someone (maybe even a manager???) would take the time or initiative to post a sign to say they had "no food" available at the entrance of the store? Prices are also higher than other Dunkin' locations in and around Atlantic City. Needs serious...
