Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it will now be one to remember and talk about for years to come. It was the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. They were out of some of the drink and food items that they have listed, but that we could have gotten over. After ordering we waited about 20-25 minutes and one person in our group of 9 got her pretzel. We assumed the rest of the food was going to follow but 10 minutes later they brought our table food that was meant for another table. About 15 minutes later out comes my pretzel. That was followed by 2 more items that belonged to another table so they were also taken away. 20-25 minutes later the rest of the food came out. They were still missing the two Buffalo chicken pizzas. We decided to cancel those since it had been so long and everyone else was just about done eating. I wasn’t upset about cancelling because I did see someone who ordered the personal pizza and for $18 it should definitely be bigger than a slice of Elio’s. We got a few sorrys, but way too little way too late. Even after we called the manager over it took way too long to get our incomplete orders. I asked her if she was even sure our order went in and she was quick to answer it would be out soon but she never went into the kitchen before answering so it was just BS. Don’t...
Read moreHorrible experience. Never been here before but came at 730pm. There were plenty of tables but didn’t get seated until after 8pm. Hostess was taking our order because they were backed up for some odd reason. People were visibly upset around us that were waiting for their food before we even got seated. 30 minutes later they told us that our food was given to the wrong table so they needed to remake our order. We ordered burger sliders, fish tacos and nachos. 20 minutes later a couple got up and left because they couldn’t wait for their food any longer. After waiting an hour for our food, we finally get the burgers (with no chips?) and tacos. The manager said the nachos were coming out that were meant to be a starter. After I scarfed down my 3 tiny entree sliders, the nachos came out and they were cold and horrible. I had to get up and go inside and wait to pay for my food because I couldn’t wait to get out of there after almost 2 hours of my night wasted. I feel bad for the hostess that had to run around and do other people’s jobs. They gave us 20% off but in no way did it make up for the horrible experience. Definitely not coming back or recommending...
Read moreWent for happy hour yesterday, I usually stay at the Claridge and always wanted to check out the Vue! Service was good, ambiance is pretty basic, not much decor going on, but they do have the nice deck overlooking AC boardwalk outside going for them.
Let’s get to happy hour. Drinks: Worth it. Got a margarita on the rocks for $8. Even though my rim was only half salted for some reason, wasn’t bad.
Food: 2/10 We were sooo disappointed by the food. Nachos were STALE, not much cheese and the amount we had was already cold for some reason. And it was piled with olives which we had to scoop out. We got wings which was $8 for 3. That’s hardly a deal and on top of that, it tasted like they just cooked the chicken for the 2nd or 3rd time. It wasn’t juicy and rubbery. Eek! The cheesteak Eggrolls were half decent but it’s pretty much just two halves of one egg roll. That’s actually kinda pricy for$7!
Overall, get the drinks. Skip the food. You’re better off getting some food on...
