HONEST REVIEW STRICTLY BASED ON MY ORDER. NOTHING ELSE. I Ordered delivery, the food was nice and hot and Salads were fresh! But the taste? FAIL
CHICKEN ALFREDO (added shrimp) FRESHNESS: 10 out of 10 TASTE: 3 out of 10 REASONS: Pasta was bland, minus a the little seasoning in the sauce. (probably salt) They forgot to add my Chicken and only gave me shrimp when I paid for both. (paid extra for nothing) Shrimp was big but way overcooked. Very tough. No flavor Way too many noodles, although a good portion of shrimp. If the chicken was added, i think it would have leveled out. Too much sauce.
SALADS (1 Plain & 1 Cesar) FRESHNESS: 10 out of 10 TASTE: 4 out of 10 REASONS: Caesar Salad - was very fresh but since when did a Caesar salad come with onions? not enough cheese. Croutons had zero flavor. Too many thick pieces of lettuce. Plain salad - A box of lettuce with one tomato cut...
Read morePlaced order online, boyfriend calls directly after to give new phone number and verify they received the order. It says 45-60mins for delivery. That’s fine as I’m not too hungry yet. It passes the hour mark (6:38), my bf calls back to ask about the food. They said he just left.. 30 mins later the food shows up and it’s all cold and congealed. I eat food that went cold all the time, my boyfriend actually finds that habit weird.. I couldn’t eat what was delivered to me. My bf ate it although will eat just about anything. His cold meatball sub would be better than my cold hot roast beef sandwich. Called to inform of the problem and guy says “well what do you want to do.?” I’m not sure at this point so he follows up with “I’m listening.” He speaks Spanish to someone else, mumbled didn’t understand it so I just hang up. It’s a slow Wednesday night in AC. No reason for...
Read moreThis place is a jewel. Don’t let the small, divey appearance fool you. Sitting on old-fashioned curvy pizzeria booths, you would expect some mediocre food. Not at all the case. Their shrimp alfredo served over fresh (NOT dried)spaghetti had many small but crisp shrimp in a smooth, tasty alfredo sauce that made me want to mop up the sauce with the warm bread—and that was my wife’s dinner. Their Spanish food was incredible. I had pork chops coated with a dusting of spices and flour that trapped the juices inside when they deep-fried it to a crispy exterior and a juicy interior. Accompanied by Spanish rice and a side of salsa verde that they had to have made themselves, this meal was a bargain and a delight at $11. My only regret is that I didn’t get pics of the food to post. I guess I’ll...
