WORST CHILI's restaurent we have ever been to with the family on a wonderful saturday evening after shopping at the mall. I dont know one thing seems to be happening very repeatedly at any Chili's restaurents, getting the order wrong!!!! for heavens sake dont u provide any training to ur wonderful staff OMG!!! on how to wait on the tables and to serve the customers. To add a black silver lining to the cloud I mean black, no one ever apologized to us for getting my wife's food wrong, they did not even bother to ask if she needed something else , she had to go hungry because of this food screw up. Our waitress name is Jessie, worst waiter I have ever seen, very rude was snapping at us all the time as we were getting the food for free. Sounded like we were being discriminated. Also the place was so unclean, food droppings all over the place, most untidiest place I have ever seen. Also forgot to add that our table was not cleaned properly at all, there was little bit of food remains on the table from earlier customers, we had to clean it. I took up an oath that me or my family members would never go to this restaurent again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. U can dine in at ur own risk!!! if u prefer shabby customer service and b grade shabby place. If I were the owner and manager I would not keep worthless and rude waiters like Jessie on their payroll anymore if they want decent customers like us to come back to thier place. chilis restaurent is out of our family directory of restaurents to dine in for...
Read moreOrdered carry out. While waiting for staff at the counter a gentleman and his daughter entered the restaurant and waited next to me, placing a bag of food and drinks on the counter. It was pretty obvious they gave him my order. He gave it back and they replaced it with his correct food. Meanwhile, I’m watching her put the returned food into my bag. It’s busy, she could be new, whatever... so when she hands me the bag and a kids chocolate milk that had very obviously been drank out of I ask “are you giving me the food that they just brought back?”. This girl lies to my face. I reminded her I had been standing there since before he was in the building and personally witnessed her do it. So she’s annoyed and tells me she’ll have to find a manager to remake. I ask for a refund. Few minutes later an even more annoyed manager appears and says she can’t refund me because I ordered online but she’ll remake it and give me some coupons. Fine. But I’m really questioning the food at this point. 30 mins later I get our food and have to ask for the coupons. Then our order is wrong so I have to go back again. I got MORE attitude, accused of lying and the manager yells “just give her what she wants ughhh”. Seriously. I want the food I ordered and PAID for and I want to know it hasn’t left the building with another family before it’s handed to me. How disgusting, and what a MAJOR health code violation. We won’t be back. Disappointing because we really loved the chili’s by our old house...
Read moreMy past experiences here have honestly been less than pleasant, this is due to the food being on the pricey side, but not being of great quantity or quality. I've also dealt with snobbiness and non-attentiveness from waitresses. This was the first time here that I can actually say was great, due to our server Mariah. She was awesome from the very beginning. Greeted us with a big, beautiful smile and was extremely friendly and funny during our entire visit. She was very helpful with inquiring about drink prices (not listed on the menu) and being patient while we decided the best bang for our buck. She paid well attention to our needs and was on top of refills; chips, salsa, drinks, boxes, etc. The Triple Berry Margarita ($8, but decently sized) is fantastic (and I don't care for Tequila or margaritas in general), I really enjoyed it. This is the first time I was actually satisfied with the fajitas. There was plenty of meat and it was very well cooked and delicious! However, I still always have to ask for extra trimmings (cheese, guac, sour cream, etc. which Mariah gladly took care of) You never get enough for more than 1, barely 2 fajitas. My husbands Chicken Enchiladas were really good, as was grandpa's Smothered Chicken Burrito, he loved it. Overall this was a nice visit and we were all very...
