I decided to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays deal on my phone for the free Whopper.
The combination process was a mess.
It has to be through the app. The app sends me to my email for a password code to reactivate the app. Then I return to the app but it has timed out. I open the BK app and it asks for the code that has been sent. However, this is not the one I copied - a new one was sent when I opened the app the second time. I go back to my email to get the second code and the app has timed out. This could go on forever.
So I went back to the app directly and activated it. Then I returned to the T-Mobile page to get the code to put in the app. But when I return to the app, the app doesn't recognize the deal - no place to enter the code. So I go back to T-Mobile, redeem again, copy the new code, and go to the BK app through T-Mobile. Finally I get a place to enter the T-Mobile code and it gets me to the BK "redeem" page.
So I get out of my car to go in. Another customer has just gone ahead of me, and they have just taken the order of the previous customer. The two of us wait and wait. Employees glance at us as they walk over to the hand sanitizer and back, but no one says a word as we wait for someone to come to take our orders.
Finally, after seven minutes someone takes the order of the woman ahead of me. And then the employee walks away. So I am standing there another four minutes before she comes back. My phone has timed out and I need to copy a new code to get to the BK redeem page. I show that to the employee without doing the "redeem" yet. She fumbles with the cash register looking for the right button and finally tells me she needs to get the manager. And she disappears into the back.
After several minutes she reappears from behind me, enters through a side door, and disappears in the back of the place again.
After several more minutes, another employee comes and identifies herself as the manager. My screen has timed out again and I re-enter the copied code to return to the BK redeem page. While she watches, I press "Redeem," and the message says it is not a valid code.
I have no idea how far back I will need to go to successfully start over, so I just order the "2 for $5"...

The customer is always right management or any staff taking the orders are not supposed to argue with the customers we are paying we have the right to get our order, Correct and accurate. I had to repeat myself several times to make sure the cashier was taking the order correctly and understanding what I was ordering from the menu I’m very sorry, but she cannot speak English or understand what I was trying to say, and the other lady or staff member that was going to give me my order started arguing with me and she called me racist just because I was trying to confirm my order and make sure I get it correctly because unfortunately with the drive-through and fast food, most of the time you always get your order wrong or incomplete as a customer and we do get tired of that Please do not hire or put to work in the line of customer service employees that cannot communicate. They don’t understand what you’re saying they don’t know how to speak at least basic proper English to be able to perform their job accurately and we always have to deal with it because nobody says anything or ever complains we don’t need to pay for that Service. The employee that was assisting me tonight taking the order, put her to do something else something that she’s able to do , do not put someone that cannot communicate properly in English to take orders or offer any type of customer service. I expect disciplinary action towards the lady that called me racist that was assisting her as well, just because I had to complain that the lady that was taking orders couldn’t understand what I was saying
Poor customer service, unfortunately, is a reflection of your business and management , if you share a careless attitude towards your service and a neglecting attitude towards the importance of quality service in every restaurant, Lastly, because of all of this experience and as a customer, just trying to get my order right like anyone else I was denied service and I wasn’t able to buy the meal I needed to by their staff that was supposedly assisting the lady that was taking the...
Read moreI paid for a drink, as I can recall you can REFILL your drink. I didn't want to use the paper cup provided I wanted to use my own. The lady at the counter shouted at me saying it was stealing... (I PAID!!! )I literally paid and gave a receipt and what did she expect for me to pour it in to my cup from the paper cup?! So yeah I'd like to say that this Burger King definitely needs to teach their employees proper etiquette and customer service! Teach them how to talk to customers and hygiene is so important in the food industry, deodorant and showers before work is a must. I witnessed them disrespecting an elder lady that was trying to order and they absolutely wouldn't help her with the app and just kept saying sorry I can't help you. Kept repeating loudly sorry ma'am sorry very loudly and it was strait up rude. Will definitely not recommend this store.
We originally were just waiting for someone to meet us here cause we are new to the area, while sitting in the parking lot we watched 3-4 people have to take their food back in from the drive through cause they didn't get everything they had ordered. I took the time to read the reviews from google and yelp. It seems to be an issues that’s been ongoing with cleanliness, and how they treat their customers. WOW!! They definitely need to get better people and maybe have corporate come visit them. -Thankfully there's more places to eat around this location. You're welcome, have a...
