Normally the food is always good and I never have any issues. But this time when I placed an order to go there were a couple of problems. First, when I got there, I noticed the price total was a little high. When I looked at a menu inside, I noticed that prices were higher than the online menu. The online menu is for all Cebolla locations. The staff at the register went to get the manager to answer my questions about the prices. The Manager comes to the front and proceeded to stand there eating food while I am trying to ask him some questions. I showed him how the prices are different online vs in the restaurant. All he did was shrug his shoulders. He didn’t provide any verbal communication at all. He then printed out a receipt to show me what everything cost. The two meal items only went up by $1, so that’s not a big deal. We also ordered a side of Queso which I was charged $12.99 but online it’s just over $6!! Same size as you would get eating inside. Then my to-go fountain pop which was the size of a small fountain pop you would get at the gas station (less than 32oz) cost $3.30!! Those two items cost way too much and I got no answer as to why the huge increase except him shrugging his shoulders. I will never get a to-go pop ever again when I can go to the gas station and pay $1.50 for 32oz. I have always been a huge fan of Cebollas’s. I love their food but this managers lack of interest or concern regarding my simple questions does not sit well with me. You may have...

Well I thought I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant when I ate inside the first two times. But the last two times I ate there I ordered carryout and both times I found some kind of foreign object in my food. The first carryout I found what looked like white pieces of rope in my beef tacos and I know it wasn't fat or tendons or gristle or anything from the beef. Second time I ordered carryout I ordered the Cebolla fajitas and I found something that look like a big piece of fuzz with fish line wrapped around it forming some kind of hoop circle like shape. I am providing a couple pictures below of that foreign object from the fajitas. And actually both times as of right now too my stomach is hurting from what little bit I ate. Needless to say I spent $36 and threw away 3/4 of the food. I don't think I will be eating there again at least not at the one in Auburn Indiana....
Read moreMy husband and I used to eat regularly at Cebollas or Don Chavas when in Fort Wayne. We visited the DuPont cebollas last night. When we got our food, the rice had been sitting long enough on the plate to become inedible. The guacamole had turned dark, and the fajitas were cold. When that was returned to the kitchen, we got cold food served again in hot plates. I refused our food, and so did my husband. The complaint was escalated to the manager, who did the right thing and took the food off the bill. Next they sent someone out from the kitchen that lied and said he saw the staff make our plate fresh. Restaurant food not served/and maintained in the kitchen at the proper temperature can and will make you sick. We got fast food for dinner at a different place. I suggest you skip this place and just get fast food. We will...
