Today I order Jimmy Johns from this location for lunch. I literally work 3 minutes from this location... and it took more than 45 minutes for it to arrive. I called the store several times to find out where my food was and I just kept getting it should be there any minute. When I asked to talk to a manager "Brian" who answered the phone stated that he was the manager I then asked for the number to the store owner and he stated that HE WAS the owner. I told him he was not the owner and he insisted that he was and hung up on me. Clearly stated on these reviews Brian is not the name of the owner.
This is not the first time that we have experienced poor service from this location. In the past we have had them forget a sandwich that was ordered and paid for and when we called to get the sandwich we were told it would be awhile before they could get to it because they were busy. How is that even acceptable this was a sandwich that had already been ordered and paid for that THEY forgot to deliver.
I hope the owners of this location read their reviews and understand that the customer service that is going on in Auburn...

One of your staff members came in behind me when I walked in, started touching everything, including delivery orders (including cups), the bread rack, etc. and then started putting on gloves. I asked the cashier if masks were a requirement in Indiana, since everyone else was wearing them on your staff. He said yes and asked the employee to put one on, the cashier and I got a f-off face from him. At this point, the non-washing hands and the no-mask I left, I wasn't going to put my team's health at risk as well as myself. I've asked that our staff no longer order from you. Read morePlaced an order at 12:29 pm on Feb 3rd 2021. At 1:25 pm i called the store as i had not recieved the delivery yet. I am told in a careless tone "yeeaahh. We had a driver call in so we have 8 deliveries here ahead of yours and only one driver to deliver them." I said "its been an hour, i recieved no phone call or anything. I was fed up and asked to speak to a manager. A female manager comes on the phone to inform me in the rudest way that there will be no discount or the order will be voided. After an hour of waiting for our food, (We hadn't eaten that day and my husband can eat a giant sub which he ordered) i told them to cancel the order and that id have a nice review on google for them.
