Literally every time I go to this Starbucks location I regret it. I haven't had a good experience there in well over a year, and today was a perfect example. I placed the mobile order for a latte and an order of egg white bites. From the time of my order until I got my food was more than 35 minutes, and it turns out my food was done and sitting on the counter. I would have asked about it but in the entire 25 minutes that I was standing at the counter waiting for my food not one person even acknowledged me, despite there being five employees behind the counter, two of which spent the entire time in conversation with someone at the cash register. By the time I got my order both my food and drink were cold. Five lakes is right across the road and provides much better customer service. The ability to order on the app is the only thing that has kept me returning to Starbucks, but I will never visit this location again. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I'd stop and order the same exact thing, and iced caramel macchiato, only this morning I was handed a hot beverage. When I asked if it was iced, she said "no you didn't order it that way", she then gave me a huge eye roll and some attitude. At this point I'm a bit ticked off, and I take the hot caramel macchiato, even though I can't stand their hot beverages because I'd been waiting for almost 20 minutes. The person who gave me the eye roll and told me I ordered wrong....was the manager. How sad! I always order iced drinks, even on the coldest day. I think I'll take my business elsewhere due to the fact their listening skills suck. I gave up going inside long ago because no matter how slow I talked or how many times I spelled my name, no one there cares enough to even get my four letter name remotely correct. Read moreThis Starbucks is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not only are they super slow but some of the employees are extremely rude. On the average I spend 4-600 a month at this location and tip very well I might add. Tonight I came through the drive thru a half hour before close, after being left set at the drive thru for 3-4 mins I was told they were closing early and I couldn’t get a drink…… So after all the money I’ve tipped most of the time equivalent to the cost of my drink, no one could take two mins to fix my drink…. Great customer service Starbucks! I called to speak with a manager but instead got a “ line lead “ Who sounded like a kid and then when I called back I spoke with a super rude employee who had the nerve to tell me “ to her knowledge I had already been filled in on all of this “ bottom line YOU GUYS SUCK!!!! Crazy how coliseum location has 20x the orders yet 1/10th of the wait time…. I will gladly take my money...
