This place recently opened up and it seems to be targeted towards the millennial crowd and all of the stereotypes associated with that. Since I'm squarely included in that demographic, I decided to give it a try. The ingredients in my "grain bowl" were all fresh and tasty. I ordered the "Triple B" which included avocados, quinoa, BBQ ranch, and a whole bunch of other millennial-centric flavors. I added shrimp to my bowl for 3 dollars extra, and while they only gave me 4 pieces, they were actually surprisingly fresh and exceptionally well seasoned.
My wife made her own bowl with salmon (extra salmon), corn, butternut squash, bleu cheese and roaster peppers and she said she loved it. What I didn't love was the price however. It was essentially 30 bucks for the southern equivalent of a poké bowl.
While the meals were tasty and filling, I can't really feel great about spending that much. In addition, my wife bought a bottle of cashew milk made by "earth candy" which is apparently an Augusta, GA locally owned brand (which is the case for a lot of ingredients in this store... locally owned, farm to table is this places "thing"), and while it was great tasting it also set us back 10 dollars alone for 16 ounces of drink. I wouldn't have encouraged her to buy it had I known. I guess you get to keep the bottle at least...
Anyway, I would rate this place higher if it wasn't so expensive but I guess that's part of the appeal of these...

Delicious, healthy options. Interesting flavor combinations, like strawberry-rhubarb beverages, pickled watermelon rind salad toppings, and jalapeño cornbread. Friendly, efficient staff; beautifully designed space; indoor and outdoor seating; and beverage options that are hard to find in other restaurants in town (hello, kombucha fans!). Mostly locally sourced and organic produce. Can meet a variety of dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, and (I think) gluten-free. Try a farro bowl with olives, goat cheese, chili-lime shrimp, artichokes, and roasted broccoli and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Can't respond to the owner privately, so I'll add criticism that I didn't want to publicize, because I think this place is great and we'll be back ASAP. I love farro, and cook it at home often (buy it at Sprouts), but I found the farro here to have large either undercooked or sat-at-the-bottom-of-the-steamer-table-too-long lumps mixed in. The pita chips tasted and felt stale. My daughter found her quinoa to be "plain," but that's probably because I cook ours in vegetable stock. OVERALL, it's a still a fantastic addition to the dining scene in Augusta, and I hope that the owners are able to spread this concept across...
Read moreEDIT: in response to the owner. I'm not going to your social media to order food...🤦. Also you're lying because Google showed you as open, only stating the same thing it does on every holiday by default which is "office hours my vary", and your answering machine for the business was a generic voice recording stating you weren't available... Not closed. Also multiple people reported the same thing.
Do better than lying to potential customers. Think we'll permanently avoid your business from now on when setting up lunches. Says a lot that you'd come on here to try and shame someone instead of just doing better. 🤨
Web site says available, they're in fact closed... I know because after having trouble with the website which kept wanting things to be delivered to me but I wanted to pickup myself, and then the answering machine telling me they're not available and to leave a message...I just drove over and that's how I found out their isn't a soul inside. You should probably update your answering machine and website if you're going to be closed on during normal...
