Made an mobile order and had to wait 10 minutes once arrived. Order placed at 731am. Arrived at BK at 741am. When order received, it was missing my childs french toast. But received 4 syrups?!?! Headed to colorado springs, was already on the hwy and not able to turn around and i do not live in denver and credit to store was not available. Requested a refund to my card by phone and had to wait again 15 additional minutes after being disconnected. Called back and had to wait 7 minutes. I was put on hold the 2nd time while they continued to take orders! 1 mobile, 2 drive thru and 1 counter order. Unacceptable! What's the reason for the mobile order if you have to wait this long and your order is received wrong! 😡Food should be ready and waiting in the food warmer. Makes zero sense. Now had i been an angry customer and went back to make a scene, i would have been in the wrong. Make it make sense! Horrible customer service. Before taking orders I was first and should have been dealt as first come first serve. Somebody had to not eat due to food needed for child. The time now is 827. Store director needs to address this. Mistakes happen, but you fix them right away, not after being disconnected 2 times and having to be put on hold so they can accept other orders. They gave my friend 1 lone BBQ for her whole meal, which included 4 chicken nuggets, a small order of fries, and a bacon cheeseburger(which she also likes to dip in her sauce BUT CLEARLY SHE CANNOT DUE TO HER lack of sauce and LACK of consideration of burger flavour and consistency across all stores.) Burger King has lost their way, she clearly remembers a time when this establishment was a fine and wholesome restaurant. Corporate America has turned this great company into a BBQ hogging monster.
Also, her cookie, if you can even call it a cookie, is anything but amazing. The crumb to chewy ratio is completely off, there's no chew, it's ALL crumb. Overall, terrible food and I do not recommend. But they've got great customer service! I do not mean to bash on these hardworking Americans trying to earn a living, but this corporation is sucking the life out of these people to the point where they can't even give more then one sauce. Read moreI've never been so infuriated! I got a sandwich that I had to literally go park and wait for it to be cooked. I waited 10 minutes "fine whatever" got back to work and went to eat my lunch only to see that the sandwich that I had to park and wait for was not on the bag? I'm baffled and ate the damn fries and went to call them. It rang and rang and rang. Someone finally answered and I asked to speak to a manager. Finally after asking over and over for a manager someone came on the line. I explained what happened and asked if the fish sandwich was still on the counter which she said yes. Then she asked if I wanted to come back and get it or get a refund. They're was no way I could leave work again and go all the way to that location. So I asked for a refund. She then hung up on me.
