This is by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My boyfriend made it to the drive through and placed the order, the person on the other end got the order wrong and told him to wait and then after along while he finally came back and said what can I get for you as if it was a new order. None of the order was placed. After ordering AGAIN he gets to the window and they tell him the food is not ready and to park. After waiting over 10 minutes they come out and tell him the food will be 20 minutes because they did not have any chicken made. He was totally cool with waiting and understood. After over 20 minutes they bring the order out and it is missing 3 items that were CLEARLY on the order and receipt. The guy catches an attitude about the tenders that were missing and says “well ok guess we gotta drop tenders it will be another wait” after waiting 20+ minutes he brings the tenders out and is missing AGAIN the other 2 items that were missing previously. When asking for the items for a third time a discount was requested and he was told “no we don’t do that we can give you a refund and we will take the food back” AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING FOR THEIR MISTAKES this man really had the audacity to tell us we needed to return the food WHICH IS A HEALTH COXE VIOLATION AND NEVER SUPPOSED TO EVER HAPPEN. He refused a discount refused a refund and slammed the drive they window on my boyfriend. I tried to call to speak to a manger and their number is out of service completely. This is absolutely the most horrendous disgusting service I have ever received. DO NOT ever go to this place i can’t even imagine how many times they have recycled food already given to a customer if that is how they act. Truly horrible I have now been on hold trying to speak to corporate for over 20 minutes to get the money back for this horrible service. Absolutely...
Read moreI have not been in the store,as they no longer allow walk in customer service, Like MANY in the surrounding area, it's got drive thru, but the prices are high and the quality and quantity of the food is low,( typically, drive thru is serviced with smaller portions and lesser Care for the customers,as you are just a number, adding up to making the employees have to work, but since you the customers are unseen, it's just a paycheck in the making), but when you walk in and see face to face and also see the process and the product and then the prices,it takes a whole new meaning.
With or without covid-19, I feel MANY places, fast food, hotels and MANY other customer service operations all over the country,if not more than likely the world, are taking advantage of the disease and using it for the purpose of less service and expenses on their part, more profit on their part, and little as possible values for you The customer.
It's sad, but probably true, there's likely to be betting on who's going to hell on judgement day.
People will probably line up to get their say so about everyone else but themselves.
Meantime, let's gouge the world for as much cash and profit as you can get.
That's the way of the Carnal minded world, anywhere you look.
Sad,we can say " in God we trust" How about "WE OBEY GOD, FIRST, AND TRUST HIM AS...
Read moreThis KFC is consistently the worst fast food experience possible. Every time it's something new to lower my expectations. First off, the manager (I believe) obviously hates his job. He is always mumbling things under his breath whenever I make a request that he put in any effort e.g. asked him to make a root beer float and he finally did, but not after storming around and slamming things around.
Also don't go here too late. Multiple times my fiancee and I have gone in after 8:30 (they close at 10) and are told they are out of chicken. One time they said they only had spicy left, one time said they were out for the week pending delivery. How exactly does a KFC run out of chicken? Poor management and inventory control. This location seems consistently busy but the upkeep is extremely poor. They lock the inside of the store sometimes up to an hour before it closes, and have denied me service (as well as food) at up to an hour and a half before close.
I live in the building next to it, and my lady is a fried chicken fiend, so we frequent it a lot as it is the easiest option, but even for a fast food spot, this one takes the cake as laziest management I've ever seen. It's to the point that if we see him working, we will go get in the car and drive elsewhere.
Go to Popeye's at the gas station, or Church's just...
