I understand that we are going through a pandemic, and there has been a lot of stress, and customers can be rude, but as employees, that shouldn’t be taken out on the other customers looking to find a meal. That being said, while some coworkers and I were trying to get lunch, we were given the worst customer service by the girl taking our order and two other girls working there who kept on rushing our order to the point where she failed to ask what kind of drink we wanted on a combo and when we finally got our food there was food missing and food that was wrong and when we went back and brought it up to the staff they took offense and said they didn’t get anything wrong. We told them we were missing a quesadilla and said they only charged us for one even though we ordered two because the girl taking the order decided to rush. On top of that, we brought up how she didn’t ask us what drink we wanted, to which she replied, “maybe you shouldn’t order so much food.” I didn’t know there was a limit to how much a group of four people could order. When we asked for our money back, we offered to return the food, which was denied, and we were told we weren’t being charged. I’m not one to write reviews, but I’ve never been so upset by a group of employees. Please learn to treat customers who aren’t rude respectfully and correctly because that’s how you turn them into people who hate the hard-working people in the fast-food industry. I understand the staff might’ve had a bad day, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to be a bad person. Read moreVery disappointing. I pulled into the drive through at 7:45 am and no one answered the monitor. I waited a couple minutes in case they were just busy and tried to get someone's attention. No response. I pulled forward in case the monitor was broken to find another vehicle parked at the window. I waited another five minutes for them to get food and pull forward but nothing happened. So I backed up and went to the front door. It was open, but the lights in the dining room were still turned off. Mind you it's almost 8:00 am by now. At the register, I finally got someone's attention. The lackadaisical attitude towards a customers time seems amazing. They moved like I came over to their home and they would get around to helping me when it was convenient.

A half an hour goes by and I go back to the drive-thru I guess I just got busy on my phone and totally spaced out. After I went back through the drive-thru and told them they were rude to me told me they didn't know what I was talking about that they didn't have my receipt I was so heated it was $20 worth of food and then they slammed the window on me and didn't want to give my drinks they are rude at this store they always have been and always are.
