Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Aurora

This Jersey Mike's is hit and miss. I wish I consistently had good food and good service from them, but that doesn't happen. The other day I ordered the BBQ sandwich and it was hot, the cheese was melted, and it was covered in BBQ sauce. It was delicious. Today I order the exact same thing. The meat was not cooked at all, it was raw. The grilled onions I asked for were barely cooked, hardly any meat and the BBQ was there, but very little. Seemed like it was after thought and was just slapped on top of the rest of meat and cheese. The sandwich was cold and it supposed to be a hot sandwich. Sometimes you walk in and everyone is attentive and super nice, other times, you are just handed your food(I typically order online as I don't have time to wait, especially because I get the hot sandwiches 90% of the time). With the prices as high as they are, I expect more. $11 for a sandwich that isn't edible is not okay. Mind you this is not the first time of experienced bad service and/or bad food from them. 50% of the time their decent, other 50%...

Ordinarily I love Jersey Mike's. Their business model of selling a freshly-sliced deli-fresh sub in a chain setting usually works very well, and I have been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately at this particular location the service is extremely subpar. The employees are completely indifferent, if not downright rude, when asked questions about the menu. They are either completely ignorant due to inadequate training, or simply do not care. In either case, the service at this location is not in line with Jersey Mike's standards. I asked one of the employees if the roast beef was rare. She had no idea what I was talking about, and even proceeded to give me attitude for asking the question in the first place. I ordered from this location a few days ago during the day and got exactly what I ordered and it was all fresh and delicious. I ordered again tonight and was never able to get my food and had a couple different drivers from Uber eats, the final driver actually called me and told me the store was telling him they already filled the order, then someone from the store got on and said "is this James?" and I heard the Uber guy tell them no it was Lucas....(Which makes me believe they're doing this to different people multiple times a day)...they proceeded to tell me they gave the order out three times already and can't do it anymore.
