Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Aurora

They don't deserve any stars, but since 1 is the lowest I can go, I have no choice. I have used this location for work lunches. After having two horrible experiences, I will be taking my business somewhere else. Today, I placed an order online (at 9:29 am) to be picked up between 11:15 am and 11:30 am. I ordered sandwiches, drinks, cookies, and chips. I arrived a few minutes after 11:30 and they had everything ready but my drinks. I asked where my drinks were, he had to pull the receipt out again and started looking at it. They completely missed my drink order! So he started counting how many drinks I needed and gave me an empty box and cups. I had to fill my own drinks on a pick up order! There was no offer to help me fill the drinks or to get two boxes out to my car. It's bad enough that they don't deliver to my office because we are on the other side of street that they go to, but to know that they can't even get my order. The guy at the register did apologize and told me that they were "running kinda slow today," I would say really slow. So they do not have the Jimmy John's standard of "Freaky Fast" ANYTHING at this location. Their customer service freaking horrible. Two weeks ago, I had another work order for lunch, I called it in. I was asking the guy on the phone (who I could tell was getting information from a manager) as to when my order might be ready. I was looking for a rough estimate on time and all I could get was "it will be ready when it's ready." If you want customer service of any kind, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Another thing about their customer service. I wrote a comment through the Jimmy John's website on the occurrence two weeks ago and I haven't heard a word back from them. It speaks volumes as to how important their customers...

Went in at about 1:30pm on a Saturday for two sandwiches, a drink, a pickle, and two bags of chips.

I kinda felt like this was going to go wrong when the cashier had to summon someone else because they couldn't even figure out how to log in. They had to summon a co-worker, "Rebecca" so they could log into -their- profile.

I almost turned around and left at this moment... but I didn't. Much to my dismay.

I then repeated my order five times. It took that many times because she couldn't understand me, though I feel I was speaking clearly. On the sixth time, she seemed to get it right.

Or so I thought.

Paying, I moved to the end, and picked up my $20.00 worth of sandwiches.

Getting back to the car, I opened it up and... it's wrong.

All of it.

The pickle is missing, the first sandwich is missing mustard, and the second one is missing the peppers.

On top of all that, the bread is old. It's as hard and firm as a cracker and breaks apart into little wood shavings at a touch.

It was Freakishly awful and anything but Fast.

I dumpstered the food and went into Subway nearby. I have no idea why I didn't go there in the first place. I certainly won't be coming back to JJ that's for sure.

Usually my husband and I get our sandwiches from another store but at this location we went through the drive through. Where the server took our order and we paid. Once we parked to eat we noticed it was the wrong order and we were not given a receipt either. So when we went back through and restated our order for it to be corrected. When we received the order we decided to check it as I have lactose intolerance and am extremely sensitive to dairy and we asked for no cheese. Low and behold there was cheese even though this time we had a receipt that also said no cheese. We received attitude from the lady at the drive through because of my statement of ordering without cheese and food allergy. I do not recommend coming to this location as the drive through person was more interested in having conversations with her coworkers than hearing the orders over the drive through. We ordered a regular #9 no cheese, no tomatoes, no onions and a Cesar salad wrap no tomatoes no cesar salad dressing. What we received the first time was two #17 sandwiches. Very...
