Update 6/14/24 to the Aurora, Colorado location on Alameda. I ordered four box combos with lemonade. The line was out of the parking lot so I went inside. The guy who took my order, did not put lemonade on our order. He gave us empty cups and there was no lemonade at the drink area. when I went to ask him for lemonade he looked at me like he didn't know what lemonade was, very irritating. So I asked another guy while the manger was intentionally ignoring me. So I explained to him that I ordered lemonade but was not given lemonade and given empty cups. Meanwhile while the manager or supervisor who had a different shirt (the same was who was ignoring me) was yelling at him while he was getting my lemonades that something he did was his fault. The guy who corrected my order was nice and helpful, while the manger or guy who took my order did nothing and was standing there the whole time yelling at his teammate who was helpful. It was unprofessional and made it a negative atmosphere. Feel bad for these workers who don't get proper training and don't know how to work with people and provide no customer service due to bad management. Most of all customers are treated poorly and the food is cold. When we got home with our food there was no straws, I guess you have to remember to get your own straws when they give you lemonade behind the counter. Ugh terrible service and awful experience, . The lady next to me order lemonade and was not given it either. SMH. 1st review: Loves Canes! I'm glad they came to Colorado. There are well known in Arizona. We have been buying since caniac combos were around $10 and the pieces were bigger. Inflation is making the portions even smaller.

Grabbed lunch on April 11th, I hadn't eaten yet that day. Got my food from the drive thru, made it to the next job and noticed all I had was some super tiny chicken slivers! Lol these were the length of a French fry (photos). Reached out to the comments and complaints phone number and reported the issue. They said it would be sent to a district Manager and someone would reach out to me. Never happened. My honest review, the chicken is basic unless paired with the sauces, fries are good enough, Texas toast is good but only 1/3rd the size of real Texas toast. Been here 3 times and 2/3 have been weak with the food quality. This location might have different standards OR maybe it's the same across the board, idk. The people have always been nice and the store is clean though! *Edit on 5/27, Response after owner reply: I did already contact the number provided. (Paragraph 2) I spoke with someone that took an incident report and sent it to a district manager who was supposed to contact me, but nothing happened afterwards. The report was filled on 4/11/24, now that it has been over 45 days without communication, this is what has lead to this unfortunate public negative review. When a profile "owner" replies to negative reviews with concern, it looks good on the surface, but it means little if problems aren't being rectified. A problem was brought to your attention from a patron genuinely trying to help the company. But the ones in higher positions of power have not communicated or acknowledged wrongdoing. THAT is the true problem and it call the company's "integrity" value into question. That is the purpose of this public review

This location SUCKS except when you go inside to eat, Drive through is horrible the customer service is ridiculous and they rush you to get your food and drive off without guaranteeing everything is in the bag. We were given the wrong order at drive thru which only had one food container by the youngest employee there who has the worst inside where I first engaged with him where I watched him finish taking my order and go to the back to drink his coke while there were 3+ customers at the counter awaiting help. Back to my drive thru experience with this kid, he said your “good” I told him paid for 2 box combos he took the bag back and gave me my correct order which well was HORRIBLE. I could tell the grease was dirty by the taste of the chicken and the fries, the toast was barely a “toast” more like soggy bread. And I was checking my sauces in the bag when this kid said I was good, no straws in the bag it’s not a huge deal but come on. I live 1 minute away from this location I’ve complained to the GM about previous employees whom turnover so frequently there and the GM said they’d send canes cards to me I never received them so I figured I would give my audience here my horrible experience at Canes on Alameda. Fries were cold and by the different colors you can tell that fry baskets were mixed, one was over cooked the other barely cooked, and no salt. That whole night crew needs replacement. I will drive 15 minutes to Glendale for Canes as per usual as the place had the lobby closed for 6 months!!!!
