This is probably my second bad review of a restaurant location. I came to this location to pick up a small dinner item on April 10th well after the dinner rush. When I walked into the restaurant I found the area for a mobile pickup and stood in front of several employees sitting around shooting a breeze with an employee who either had already clocked out or no longer work to this location but knew everyone there. No one acknowledged my presence or even looked up to see what I may possibly need. I stood for about 3 minutes before another person came in looking to pick up a mobile order too. Still, no one acknowledged either of our presence. The cashier who looked at me several times continued to help the customers who had come through the line with their orders of food. She didn't even acknowledge or say, "Hey, I will get to you in just a moment." Instead she joined in with the other employees talking to the one employee (or ex employee) who clearly was not in uniform and had no reason to be holding a casual conversation while several customers were waiting to get their food or processed and checked out. Six minutes later, I finally had someone to look up and say, "Can I help you?" I then said I had a mobile order and gave the name I thought was on my mobile order. After searching through several orders line up getting cold, the cashier found mine. I'm so disappointed in how unprofessional this location is when it comes to treating your customers. Basic customer customer service tells you to at least look up and say you'll be with someone in a moment. Professionalism shouldn't have you sent up there shooting the breeze with someone who's not even a paying customer. It will be a while before I come back to this location. At this point, I'd be willing to travel to another Panda Express location if I know the service would be better than what I got here. I think what bothers me the most is this wasn't a bunch of moody teenagers, instead it was a bunch of grown adults who should have known better.

So the turnover rate must be pretty high here because many new faces. So my wife and I came to purchase some food and my wife wanted to taste a small sample of a new item. The employee said no sample and this change isn't a positive look for the business. So I talked to the individual in charge by the name Mike and I explained that the change up was bad PR. Our family usually wouldn't ask, but it was a new item and my wife wondered if it's a thumbs up or down and It failed. Panda Express policy failed. Yes Mike stated it was because Covid-19, but come on the staff handles many things including money that changes hands multiple times. I told Mike that this would do a disfavor with bad reviews. This review is well deserved because a consumer should be allowed to know if they would or wouldn't like an item instead of it just being forced...keeping the sample option would have been a positive. Why I didn't leave all 1 stars is because Mike did seem to try to understand stand...the item blazing burban chicken in the photo that failed went into the trash. If another company provides better service we might be more than tempted to take our business elsewhere.

Definitely came through for us today! We were going to go to another resturaunt but the line was out the parking lot, and Panda Express was right there as a handy second! The line wasn't too long (though keep in mind this isn't usually the case given it's popularity) , though there was a wait for the fried rice to be made, but after that we were at check out in no time. You can never go wrong with their Orange Chicken and Fried Rice! Update ( As of 2-24-22) - The Orange Chicken and Honey Walnut shrimp was banging, but the rice felt extremely more dry than usual! The checkout lady was very kind and sweet, so props to her! Also, the tables were very dirty and the chairs were all over the place. Fyi: there was a free entree for us on the back if we filled out their only survey with the given code on the back of said receipt. It'sonly takes 5 minutes to fill out and the most you have to do other that Satisfactory/Unsatistfactory bubble answers is a three-sentence minimum evaluation of the restaurant as a whole. When you're done, it'll give you a reference code to present the next visit to redeem your freebie (let's hope it works!)

I would have given them a zero but there is no option. I wouldn't do this location with my family on Thursday night around 6:45. When I got to the location I waited in line for about 15 minutes, before being helped. It was freezing cold inside the location. When I got to the front they asked me what I wanted chow mein or fried rice and I ordered that. When I got to the other side to order the entree I asked for Beijing beef and honey walnut shrimp. I was told they are out and they were no longer making any more for the night. What is that is all they have left for the evening. I have never heard of a restaurant especially fast food at 6:45 at night they didn't want to make any more food for a customer. I don't know what was going on at the store at this time but I don't think it acceptable to turn down a customer when it says it all the other restaurants of panda express,if we don't have it we will make it for you. I really think this is very bad customer service. The young lady that was working behind the counter that was supposed to manager shouldn't be a manager anymore. I will not go back to this location again because of the customer service and the rudeness of the manager that was there at the time. She told me I had to choose of what was left out and that's all they had. My daughters were very sad because they wanted and they couldn't get what they wanted. So if I were you I would think about going to another location before you come to this one. Other Panda Expresses have a lot better attitude in customer service and are much more friendly staff than this one. I went to the one on Quincy Avenue and they went above and beyond to help me...

It’s unfortunate that I have to rate this place so poorly. I usually receive decent service here but today I did not. I was treated very rudely by the cashier named Gabriel.

I had placed an order online for pickup at 4pm. Like every other time I’ve placed an online and during the covid 19 situation orders are available on the from table.

My order was already 20 mins late when the app said it was done, I entered the building to ask the status of my order thinking i would be able to grab and go, only to be yelled at by the cashier named above to “get outside!”. This is unacceptable as his tone was not helpful at all. I was not a delivery service vendor (DoorDash, grub hub) simply a paying customer to pick up my purchase. The fact that he thought it was anywhere appropriate to speak to a customer like that is beyond me.

My family drops into this establishment often as it’s usually are #1 choice for takeout as we are a large family. This unfortunately has changed since today’s visit.

I will plan on visiting more informed stores that can provide clearly outlined instructions vs screaming at paying customers.

In times like these where other establishment are happy to serve there customers it’s a shame this store has allowed an employee to treat a paying...
