Read moreDonald went over and beyond his job. I purchased a used PS4 for our kids right before Christmas and he was amazing then too. He really helped me out. I also purchased another control the was used and some buttons were sticky so I called to see if I could bring it back and he was said absolutely. I had also mentioned that the PS4 still had a user on it that we couldn't delete and he talked to me over the phone with it first and he said to go ahead and bring it in and he can take a look to take care of it since I was going to bring in my controller. I get there and he replaces the controller with a new one, which I didn't expect :) and he reconfigured the system. I get home and the user was still there so I decided to see if I could give a try and reset everything and still was not able to so I called and talked with Donald again and asked if there was something we could try and he apologized for the hassle and said to go ahead and bring the whole system back to exchange out for a new one.
