Just a short walk from Capitol and Texas State Archives. The ham on blueberry bagel was delish. I had a huge spice coffee. This is a good place to relax and look out the windows. I purchased a coffee mug and then left it in Uber!:( Hope you enjoy the mug Jacob. I am so glad I didn't leave my Texas Military Forces Museum cup in Uber or I would have sobbed loudly. I don't like using credit for coffee/food or mugs. Run your business to please the customer not hooligans or thieves. THIS IS TEXAS. DEFEND...
Read moreI visited Capitol Cafe in Austin, Texas for the first time and chose one of their popular drinks off their menu, their Bluebonnet Frappe but asked for it to be made into an iced latte. This drink was by far one of the best tasting iced lattes I have ever had, to me the combination of the flavoured syrups were well-paired together and had just the right amount of sweetness and flavour! I will definitely try to visit again if time permits,...
Read moreI've been to Capitol Cafe a number of times and it's always a treat. The staff consistently greet customers upon arrival and work quickly to fill orders. Not only that, but the baristas have been the same three people every time I've been here, which is a strong indication of healthy management. The atmosphere is cool, with capitol-themed decor and photos. Great indoor, as well as outdoor seating with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. I hope that Capitol Cafe is around for a long time. Check it out and try their Blue Bonnet Frappe while...
