By far the worst experience I've had at this location I work in the area so I placed an order on their app then after about 20 minutes I'm on my way over as suggested by their app. They're signed inside to ask if you don't see your order so I asked And it was told that they were still working on it which I thought was odd seeing as there were only 2 other people in the building. So I wait another 10 minutes when I come back I ask again for my order clarifying the items and the person at the register hands me a bag and it's sitting on the counter and walks away I notice that there is an item missing for my order so I wait to let them know I get passed by 2 other team members, now there is a group of us at the register waiting on orders, and the original girl comes and asked me "what am I waiting for" I explained to her that my order is missing an item she hands me the item and then walks away again. By the time I get back to eat my now cold bagel I open it and it is the most pathetic bagel I've ever seen missing over half the ingredients that make up the order, I understand there are supply issues but if you can't make the order I don't think it should be given out with missing ingredients. I am beyond unsatisfied with my order and extremely upset that I paid almost $10 for a cold and incomplete order

I recently stopped by Einstein Bros. Bagels, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my visit. While their classic bagels are always solid, this time I had the chance to try their seasonal Oktoberfest Egg Sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing. The sandwich captures everything you’d hope for in a seasonal special. The combination of flavors was rich and comforting, perfect for this time of year. What stood out the most was the Beer Cheese Shmear — creamy, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgence. It paired beautifully with the eggs and sausage, creating a hearty breakfast sandwich that was both satisfying and unique. Each bite had a balance of savory, cheesy goodness with a subtle tang that elevated the entire experience. I also appreciated that the portion was generous without being overwhelming, making it ideal for a filling breakfast or even brunch on the go. The seasonal twist made it feel special, something you don’t find every day, and it honestly exceeded my expectations for a quick-service spot. Overall, Einstein Bros. delivered not just convenience but great taste. If you’re a fan of seasonal flavors, the Oktoberfest Egg Sandwich with Beer Cheese Shmear is a must-try before it’s gone.

I love Einsteins. there is nothing that compares to the simple comfort of a warm bagel & schmeer. That being said, every time I've walked away from this location has been disappointing.

The staff never welcomes customers when they enter, they ignore you in line, and I've had to wait at the register for a minute or two for someone to acknowledge me and come over to take my order.

I came here once fairly early on a weekend and ordered a latte, an employee got out a cup to make my drink, then received a large catering order for coffee and preceded to fill up over three cartons of coffee. Finally, after waiting over 10 minutes to get someone's attention, an employee reluctantly made my order, AND it was wrong!!!!

If that isn't enough, i went back there today hoping for a different experience, ordered a medium regular coffee, and every single roast tasted burnt, cold or both. I let an employee know, asked for a new cup (they didn't offer me one) and tried the fresh thermos that had just been put out and it was still terrible.

I absolutely hate to complain because I work food service on the drag so i know how difficult it is to keep up with orders when it gets busy, but it's unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way. As much as I like the bagels, the coffee literally left a bad taste in my mouth and the service doesn't make me want to spend my time or...
