The place and options are not bad but we were served a stale item and the business was unwilling to refund or replace it or offer any kind of apology and ounce of customer service. This mostly reflects on management who are unfortunately putting their employees (probably mostly young college students) in a terrible position when a customer has an issue versus empowering them to make the customer’s experience a great one. Not the type of place I will continue giving my business and neither should you, when there are so many great places in town who understand great customer service. The decorations are so cute and home-y, the lighting is perfect, the customer service is wonderful, and the food is DELICIOUS!! I ordered an Agua Fresca (Jamaica) and a birria and cheese pupusa.
