I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Dutch Bros. All we did was place our order and pull up to wait—like normal. We weren’t rude, impatient, or even talking to anyone. Then an employee came out and, completely unprompted, gave us a passive-aggressive comment about being “kind and patient.” It felt bizarre and totally uncalled for.
To make things worse, she wrote a passive-aggressive note on our drinks. When we politely asked what she meant by that, she just walked away and smiled, without any explanation. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and left a bad taste in our mouths (and not because of the drinks).
Really unfortunate experience. We’ve enjoyed Dutch Bros in the past, but this kind of behavior makes it hard to want to come back. We were so put off that we didn’t even drink our drinks we paid $12 for.
Not sure if the lady got our car confused with someone else’s (because the lady who said it to us was different then the person who took our order) but we were just flabbergasted. We are never rude to service workers (and have worked for years in the service industry ourselves). Very disappointed and will not be back. Read moreI am a Dutch bros regular and this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The service is horrible no matter how busy it is. The drinks are too expensive for all the inconvenience and wait time. The people working there also are very unhelpful and my drink never tastes as good as it should. If I could give this place and the management a 0 I would. Waiting over 40 minutes for a drink is absolutely ridiculous and doing nothing to resolve the issue simply telling the customer to take more time out of their day and email corporate is unacceptable. This makes me never want to support Dutch bros ever again. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt as I used to be a barista but this behavior is unacceptable. Every time I’ve been here the wait time is astronomical and the workers are rude. After waiting over 50 minutes, and having my order cancelled, I had to leave to go back to work without my drinks. Read moreSo it was my first time at Dutch bros and I was excited, but my experience for the first time was absolutely the worst , I went with my sister and we got off , didn’t even get greeted , we had 2 orders the young lady took my sisters order and we did so two separate orders , and she didn’t take mine , I was waiting at the window for someone to take my order and they never did until I had to say something and they gave me an ugly look and got an attitude, also my drink wasn’t even the color that was I ordered it look like it was some purple color it looked like it was rushed they also didn’t give me the opportunity to tip so I’m not sure if the young lady took advantage of that , probably won’t ever go to that...
