Amazing coffee and usually exceptional service, however our last visit proved different. The barista was rude and incredibly short with us. I brought my family to this location to catch up over a cup of coffee and from the first interaction the barista was short with my mother over a simple question about the new subscription service. Next we asked for all our drinks for here and the barista ignored our request and gave us paper cups. We came to this location because we were looking forward to sitting out on the patio and enjoy the later operating hours til 8p. The barista rudely informed us as we sat at a patio table that they were closing down the patio (which was filled with customers) and it was time to leave at 7:30pm, cutting our time short. She proceeded to stand there and stare until we picked up our drinks and left. If your shop is open till 8pm then your shop, including the patio area, should be open until 8pm.
