Do not go to this location. I placed a to go order walked up to the register and waited patiently for the cashier to finish the transaction with the current customer, the cashier has yet to acknowledge me even after finalizing the transaction. A customer that just left came in asking for utensils to the person handling food, the food handler shouts to the cashier and they joke about how he forgot to put utensils in the bag, still no acknowledgment of me. The cashier then proceeds to walk over to the 5 meal order being prepared to start helping, he then walks back to the cash register and I’m thinking he’s going to ask if I need anything or am I waiting for something? Nope. He tries to cash the 5 meal order out with still no acknowledgement of me and why I am standing there. I finally interrupted him and said “yeah I’ve already paid online I just need my food that’s getting cold sitting behind you”. He blankly stares and the food handler comes over and asks my name, he immediately goes to look at the bunch of receipts instead of the bags of food prepared that I pointed to. He finally finds it and hands me the bags and says have a nice night. No asking if I need sauces, napkins or anything else, no apology for having to wait. NOTHING. Fast forward to me getting my food home. We ordered 4 different meals and 3 of the 4 were over cooked burnt meat… call the store, of course no answer so I’m putting my complaint in writing and next will be the survey. Read moreThis is the most incompetently run restaurant I have seen in a long time. 7 people in front of me... 25 min. Not a single employee has a concept of quick service and prioritization. I witnessed 3 employees trying to handle one to do order person while a line wraps around the restaurant. Another larger male employee on his phone stuffing his face, while at capacity. They need to divide work tasks into to do and in restaurant and prioritize moving the line quickly. I'm actually shocked at the dismal pace the employees move at. I honestly think some of them must be stoned. The check out person will just walk away while multiple people are waiting to check out. Who's idea was it for the employee to fill the drink for the customer? Not anymore sanitary than the customer doing it and they must leave the register to do it. The food is fine, but this place is in desperate need of someone who understands bottlenecks and how to move people through quickly and efficiently. This is what happens when you have no one to properly delegate tasks and think on their feet. I could have done the job of 2-3 of those employees myself and done it at a faster pace. This place has good food and a large customer base. May be at risk of losing some of that if it isn't reigned in. Read moreI gave this place a very low rating I love Panda Express it's the only fast food Chinese food I'll eat. But in saying that today I got the worst service I've ever had Panda Express the server's attitude was absolutely terrible I don't know if she was having a bad day but that's not how you treat customers service with a smile even when you don't want to. That was the worst restaurant I've been in a while the food was cold and when I commented about it the lady reassured me that the food was not cold and I had just sampled it and when was she back my food to go she did not put the container in their flat I use a cane to walk I can't carry the food so in my hands for balance so it has to sit in the back properly by the time I got out to the car it has spilled and sliced everywhere so I turned around and went back in and they did not want to replace the food they expected me to take it just like it was they put it in another bag with the container greasy and nasty tomorrow I will be calling the corporate to complain I was at the one at I-35 and Parmer Lane right there in front of the HEB I believe this is the worst report...
