Let me start by saying I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews, especially if it's just a mistake or two, however the staff almost goes out of their way to be unbearably unattentive.

I placed an online order for two pizzas, breadsticks, and two cups for lemonade, then arrived about five minutes after the estimated pickup time. The store was completely empty except for two other customers waiting for their to-go orders and about five employees working. I stood at the online order counter and was completely ignored. After waiting more than five minutes, I realized one of the employees at the counter was just folding empty boxes. I stepped closer to make it clear I was waiting, but I continued to be ignored.

It became painfully obvious that I was annoyed, and finally, the employee handed me my order, which had clearly been sitting there since we first walked in 10 minutes before. The breadsticks were missing, and it took another 12 minutes for them to make them, as they had forgot them.

While all of this was going on, one of the employees emptied both of the lemonade machines before I could notice. This was extremely disappointing, as it was one of the main reasons we came in. If I had been acknowledged when I walked in, I could have gotten lemonade for my son before they dumped it. I understand wanting to start closing tasks, but to remove one of the most popular drinks 2.5 hours before closing time seems inconsiderate.

When I asked if they could refund the drinks, the employee said she could only refund the entire order, obviously not helpful. I then asked if they could just give me cash for the drinks, and she said she would ask her manager. After waiting another 10 minutes for the breadsticks, she gave me the fixed order and I asked what the manager said about the refund and she said, “Oh, I’ll go get her.”

By this point, I was beyond frustrated. I had already waited for nearly 40 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. And now I have to stare at the walls for another 5 minutes to get my refund while my 6 year old keeps asking why they threw away the lemonade. Just not a pleasant time. What should have been a quick pick-up turned into a long, frustrating experience. I’ve worked in the food industry and understand how stressful it can be however they could have spent less energy doing their actual job and getting me out of the store, than the energy it took for them to pretend to do other tasks while actively ignoring me.

I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to the Round Rock location from now on. They are always super attentive and at least pretend to want to help you get your order. This experience was just a series of frustrating missteps that could have easily been avoided with just the BARE MINIMUM attention to...

*Lemme start by saying that MOD 🍕 is one of the best eateries to chow down at... I've been to the location located in the Mueller area (78723) and had the best customer service, hands down.... alright, let's get to it...

PRO'S:: convenient for the working class.... just right off the highway... cozy, well it is MOD 🍕 of course... atmosphere is cool... Great ingredients that are fresh Nice supervisor named Angel did a bang up job... kudos

CONS:: When you walk into an establishment, you expect a greeting and a smile... or at least acknowledgement... yes me too... anyways, I don't the young man behind the counter (had a beard, bandana, glasses, black hair)... well anyways, my lady friend and I waited for a moment... trust me, we didn't take it personal at all we've worked in customer service for yrs... the part that was a red flag was when my lady friend asked if he could put some more of her favorite ingredients on to the mod pizza... he made this face that seemed like he was mad at something, then dropped 2 drops... ok... so moving on to my pizza... I asked for certain ingredients as well and it was very half assed when he placed on the mod pizza.... he mumbled something to a young lady in a red hat (kinda young, blonde chick)... I am pretty positive, something was done to our food, but it's alright though just because of the dirty looks that they both gave my lady friend.... I asked to speak to a supervisor, and it took about 4 mins in this little establishment to him, not knowing it's Angel with the red shirt right behind them.... Angel tried to fix the situation the best way he could (he's young I know)... we talked where no one could hear us and I explained to him that him being in management, he shouldn't allow the workers to be in control or everyone will lose their jobs... (I'm just saying). We then left the establishment and I promise you, this was probably one of the first pizzas from MOD 🍕 I've ever had.... NO BS!!!!!!! Mod Pizza is the best but this particular location, idk, and I'm just gonna let you all figure this one out.

I'm afraid to, but I'm willing to eat here again when there's a different crew on duty... I WILL keep this at 3 stars until the customer service is worked on....

*DON'T WORRY MOD PIZZA, YOU STILL HAVE OUR VOTE, JUST NOT AT THIS...

As a frequent customer of MOD Pizza, other locations, let me just start by saying that this particular location DOES NOT represent the brand. It is in fact an embarrassment and should be closely evaluated by the MOD Pizza Corporation. I have had the same miserable experience on multiple occasions, hoping that they would improve is what drove me to give them another shot. It was not to be, the staff mopes around and is not welcoming whatsoever, the ingredient table is dirty, the service is like molasses in the winter and the drink station was a disgrace. It took 35 minutes to get a TO GO single pizza, it was a 20 minute wait just to order! No, there was no long line that would suggest a “rush” nor did they appear to be under-staffed. But I digress, back to the drink station, the ice tea was 3/4 foam, the soda dispenser was all syrup, no carbonation and just generally dirty. But, HEY, my drink was “on the house” for having to endure the long wait in ordering. Not that I was able to enjoy a drink due to the condition of the dispensers! I can say with conviction that I will not return to this location. I know that my contribution to MOD Pizza at this location will not be noticed but hopefully, someone in the organization really reads these reviews and decides to take some corrective...

While I love the pizza and the quality of every MOD I’ve been to. This was an extremely unfortunate incident that has probably caused me not to return. After receiving my pizza, I took a bite after getting through half of my meal. Bit down pretty hard on what looks to be a piece of the concrete that encloses the oven. When I brought it to the attention of the staff. They acted as if this wasn’t the first occurrence that the oven has chipped off. I hope it hasn’t happened to anyone else that the oven has chipped off into someone’s pizza. I attached two pictures of when I retrieved it from my mouth and after I cleaned it off. I did get my meal refunded but I hope this brings light to the issue so it can get rectified.

My husband and I love MOD Pizza! We always have good pizza there and today I thought the staff was especially friendly (they're always friendly). It's a fun atmosphere and the prices are really reasonable. We usually get 11 inch pizzas (each), eat half and then the other half for another meal. I love being able to choose whatever toppings you want (and there are so many choices!) I get the gluten-free crust and it's really good! They also have vegan cheese options available. Try it and you will be hooked! p.s. No dogs allowed inside... Those pictures of my dogs are from home.🐕

This was my first time eating MOD, and we got it delivered by a food delivery servixe. We ordered a customized pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and a "mini" side salad. 1. Pizza was GREAT! Toppings tasted great! 2. The Center of the cheesy bread was good. All outer edges were too tough to be eaten. 3. The side salad was $9 and definitely mini! You never know when you first order the actual size of things but this was similar to MAYBE a $3 side salad from Denny's...where they don't specialize in salads. Limp greens, small portion... instant regret when I saw it.
