Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Austin

For those who find this review let me tell y'all something. If you ever work at a job or had a career where you felt like upper management did not care about you or your co-workers, treated you like you were beneath them, and made you feel like just another employee that they have to deal with, this Cafe is NOT that. Out of my entire 11 years of being in the food industry from high school I have never worked for or met a more hard-working dedicated franchise owner. Lindsey is fantastic, supports her staff, and make sure that we do not need for anything. She is literally in her stores making sure everything is running smoothly day in and day out. If you know the food service industry or customer service industry at all you know that whatever the outcome of your business every good thing or bad thing starts from the top then trickles down. Lindsey embodies every thing that it means to run a business and to take care of your people who in turn take care of your business. And if you go to any of her cafes as a customer you will see that the employees there are welcoming and happy to serve the guests because they know they have a boss that looks out for them and cares. The team and owner at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe go above and beyond for their customers. While on a trip, I called about a large group order the night before we needed food and this team did everything for us. And then when I called three days later the owner said yes and helped us again. Both times she was out there helping out her team. I cannot thank them enough for getting us all of our food in such a timely manner and their customer service was just so good, as was the food. I cannot recommend this Canyon Ridge...

Today 04/17/2025, is their soft opening, and I walked into a fun, happy, atmosphere. I felt so welcomed. I was helped right away, and my order was completed correctly, and quickly.
