The name In n Out connotes fast service. Nope, my order for one person took 13 minutes from the time stamped on the register receipt. There's only 4 choices on the menu, the hamburger, cheeseburger, double double and fries. I do not know what animal style fries are because they are not on the menu.
The quality, texture and taste of the bun is very good and reminds me of homemade bread, I am not really of fan of most white bread that is pasty and gummy at other burger places so this was an unexpected bonus. The fries are seemingly fresh potatoes (not frozen) cut then fried. The onions are grilled, with freshly torn lettuce and a slice of tomato. Meal comes with a medium drink and it's a self serve station to make your ice and choice of soda, lemonade or iced tea just right.
The staff is very loud, shouting at each other behind the counter and they shout out your number as well. When I came in the place was packed and cleared out within 10 minutes to less than 1/3, so that's when I heard the staff carrying on so loudly. It was happy laughter and shouting like at a loud nightclub party but not very professional in MHO as a customer. Who wants to hear all that shouting and carrying on while you are in a restaurant? I finally figured out it was mainly this one employee with back to camera that was making most of the hoopla, carrying on so loudly. Friday or Saturday night, OK but 3 pm in afternoon. Gave me a headache listening to all that...

Pros: Constantly freshly peeled whole lettuce Freshly cut tomatoes Freshly cut potatoes for french fries Daily fresh baked buns Never been frozen fresh cut beef patties Grilled to order when customers placing the order.
Cons: You gotta wait!! Line is long!!
If you can't wait for a good burger to be made at your order, just go else where you felt is better and more suitable to your style and taste.
What shocked me tonight was, we were eating at In-n-Out tonight at 12:20 AM, and the employees were preparing for closing, I was amazed how they were cleaning the child booster seat. The young lady name (Lucero Hi) kneeled down to floor to do deep cleaning on each booster, and she was going down to details of cleaning. My self been in the service business for so long, I have never whiteness any employees doing such thing, and I believe this must came from the company employees training for the employees able to adapt on and do the right things while at work.
This was a really good experience to realize that the company that my family supporting is doing the right things for the community.
To all staff and management team at In-n-Out, really appreciate the efforts from...
Read moreIn-N- Out Burger has earned its iconic status for good reason. Known for its fresh ingredients, simple menu, and cult-like following, this California-based chain consistently delivers on quality and taste. The classic cheeseburger is a standout—perfectly balanced with a fresh, toasted bun, juicy beef patty, crisp lettuce, tomato, and their signature spread. The freshness of the ingredients truly sets In-N-Out apart, making each bite feel wholesome and satisfying.
One of the highlights is the “secret menu,” which allows customers to customize their orders. Animal Style burgers, with grilled onions, extra spread, and mustard-cooked patties, are a fan favorite. The fries, however, can be divisive. While they’re made fresh from potatoes on-site, some find them less crispy compared to other fast-food chains. Ordering them Animal Style or Well Done can enhance the experience.
The milkshakes, made with real ice cream, are rich and creamy, perfectly complementing the meal. Additionally, the customer service is consistently excellent, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant experience.
What truly makes In-N-Out special is its commitment to simplicity and quality. While it may not boast an extensive menu, it masters the classics. Affordable, nostalgic, and consistently delicious, In-N-Out lives up to its reputation as a must-try...
