I always skipped by this truck in the lot because I thought "why would I want to pay $6-$10 for a pastry puff???" Well today I decided to finally give it a shot and ordered their beef special.

Well dang I took a few bites and instantly wondered why I didn't try place this earlier. While I could have used a touch more salt on it, my tongue was also a bit burnt so that probably made it taste more bland than it actually was. Regardless of that, the pastry was fantastic and packed with everything I like! I did end up putting some of my own hot sauce on most of it, but I probably would have enjoyed it either way.

I'm looking forwards to coming back to try other...

This food truck makes “pastel” which is a Brazilian style empanada 🥟 It’s located on a corner with a few other food trucks. The location is cozy and it conveniently has a small parking lot. Probably fits 8 cars.

Now, for the food: it’s made from scratch so you will order and they will cook exactly what you ordered right then and there.

The pastel is crunchy and the filling is delicious and well seasoned. We tried the chicken and pizza ones but there are other options. It comes with a side of vinaigrette which is fresh and tasty.

Each pastel costs $6.50! The filling is pretty decent for the price.

Ice cold sodas are available as well and the service is really good.

Um food truck bem charmosinho que oferece pastéis fresquinhos e vinagrete delicioso que parece ter sido feito na hora também. Adorei que tomates e cebola estão crocantes e não estão murchos. A qualidade é excelente! É igualzinho pastel de feira! 😋

Preço acessível e o serviço é excelente. Diogo, que foi quem nos serviu foi super atencioso, agradável e educado. O valor de $6.50 por cada pastel!
