Suns Out Buns Out Burger Company Austin TX — Restaurant in Austin

Went here initially in October 2021 based on the reviews. Google said it was open, but I got there and it wasn’t. I messaged them on their Instagram (soboatx) asking when they would open again and they never replied. Tried messaging them again today to see if they were open and they never replied, but I went and happened to arrive just as they were opening. Got the West Texas with fries. It was ok. Nothing spectacular. It was also spicy, which I wasn’t aware of and didn’t like. Fries were super greasy and salty. They were playing music on and off with great songs, but they would randomly skip songs in the middle which is super irritating. I wouldn’t go back and I don’t understand...

The people running the place act nice but when you don't tip, they immediately change their attitude, and I've seen literally every worker smoking pot behind the truck when it's not busy, sobo used to be so much better but the manager had this huge ego now that he deserves tips and if he doesn't get it, he makes the food like trash, the burgers are already expensive at 10-13$ for the burger alone and another 4$ if you want a combo, sorry I just want a burger that's already expensive af without the obligation to tip the guys that's literally doing what's...

EDIT: Real mature of whoever runs the SOBO account, rushing into the contents to blame the driver. If you were watching the receipts instead of watching Google Reviews when you should be working then maybe I'd have my food right now.
