I made delivery through door dash around 6 ish today! Everytime I looked on the app it was saying different people was picking up my order and then it got to 8 pm and still know delivery. Right afterwards DoorDash texted and said my ordered was cancelled! So I called again and was very professional about it! The young guy I spoke with was very polite and nice to me he reordered my food and apologized every single time ! So right afterwards another hour had passed still no food for my kids that I’ve ordered back to back. So the ordered was cancelled again! And I called multiple times and I do mean multiple times they kept answering and hanging the phone up in my face and placing me on hold for a long time then answer and hanging the phone up again. So, I go up there and I wasn’t so professional then because at this point they took my money without answering the phone to give me my money back neither did they explain why my orders was canceled again. This young lady was there trying to keep the peace because I went off ! I was angry and frustrated really bad and still she remain calm and refunded my money back! She understood my situation about my money and my kids ! I asked to speak to the MANAGER AND HE REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME ! Telling the young lady to handle the situation and he was tied up and didn’t have the time to even speak to me ! At this point they doesn’t even deserve a star ! All I want is my refund back ! Unprofessional! The others there were just starring at me like it was a prank or something! I hope and pray that it doesn’t happen to one of their families ! Read moreThe worst experience at a pizza hut, I have been buying pizza almost weekly for several years but nothing like this had ever happened, I placed my order as I always do, but my order never arrived after almost two hours had passed, I called the store about 6 times and he Staff was so hostile and disrespectful that when I explained my problem or asked for my order they just hung up on me. Finally, on the last call I spoke with the manager and it was the worst, he told me that my order had been lost because of his system and his computers and that he could not do anything about it that my money was lost and again he did not let me say anything more and he hung up on me so blatantly, I had to go personally to the store and talk to the manager then he told me again that he couldn't do anything that my money had been lost and that if I wanted my order I had to pay again and also the only thing that He was blaming door dash because they had made the mistake, to which I replied that I had ordered from pizza hut and not from door dash. I called at 11AM the following morning as Debbie advised before they get busy, and I was hung up on 34 times - sometimes, they would pick up and then hang up immediately, sometimes they would answer and leave me on the line while they did whatever they were doing then after a minute, or in some cases, 4 minutes, hang up on me yet again. I understand if they're short staffed, but for someone to just pick up the phone, not say a word and then hang up on me like that repeatedly when I was just needing some help is absolutely angering and disheartening. Pizza Hut customer support did nothing but reroute me to the store, wherein I was hung up on again and again.
I was hoping to give Pizza Hut my and my clients' business for sponsored lunches, but that won't be the case. I will not be coming to Pizza Hut again for orders to serve to my clients again.
