This is one of those hit or miss Starbucks that I am reminded occasionally why I never go here. First, the parking is very limited and there are no legal alternatives once the small strip of spaces are taken. Second, the place has no appeal. No personality and I have never left there feeling like the employees at this location really enjoy their job, their customers or each other. Its very cold and stiff. Also, I never take jabs at one single employee but I'm making an exception this time. Alex occurs to be as an arrogant, self centered, rude, passive aggressive little boy that has a lot to learn about customer service. He would never survive a day at most other locations. Today he didn't even listen to my drink order. Became difficult when I suggested the price was slightly higher than all the other locations and even got tight lipped with no provocation at all. He actually said to me "Customer's always right. Right?" off to a bad start because he chit chatted with a female patron a good 30 seconds prior to acknowledging I was waiting for them to finish. I ordered a flat white, they call, I picked up a coffee that turned out to belong to someone else. I brought it back, they told me that it was okay, my coffee was up, so I took the coffee indicated. Except, and it turned out to be the wrong order. I brought it back, with no time to spare for an appointment, and asked if I could get a clock for a remake because I had no time. The two people behind the counter then for me that I had taken the wrong drink, they had trashed my drink because I had not responded, and the overall attitude was to blame me for a mistake rather than working things out. I have no problem if I made a mistake, but the experience left a really sour taste. The main concern shouldn't be to communicate to the customer that you are right and they are wrong. Google...
Read moreI mostly go to this store because it is on my way to work but last couple of time I had a bad experience. once they were out of my order even though I was able to place the order on mobile app then he returned the wrong item so I had to wait again for him to fix it and then he return a water to sum up the total return and he was acting like doing me a favor by giving me more in return and not acknowledging it that I had to wait additional 5 minutes for this inconvenience. second time was today,I had placed an order through mobile app and I had to wait additional 10 minutes in store for the order to get ready even though they were full staff today and had six people behind the counter. my problem is the time if I am placing mobile order then I am in rush and just want to grab it and go but their action ruin the whole purpose of mobile order and they are not even...
