A-MA-ZING!!! I had to find a Taco food truck for our Hospital/Nurse's Appreciation Week, and upon searching Google for the best Taco trucks in Austin I came across Taco Baby. Thankfully they were available for the date I needed, and Oh Boy did we get a treat!! Maaaaaaaaaan. I grew up in South Texas. I love food and especially Mexican food. But these tacos are game changers. I don’t even know what I had.
