Terrible experience. From the order taking to my entire meal being wrong. For starters, the CHILDREN you have working with I assume no manager from the interaction on the speaker. Between taking my order and screaming at coworkers with the headset still on!!! The order was on the screen CORRECT...... Once at the window.... No customer service at all!!! Food sat complete on counter in the bag as I looked at my bag for close to 3 minutes before the child picked it up handed it out the window. This is due to the playing taking place with the "oh I didn't know this was it".... Well it wasn't because the ENTIRE order was wrong. Chicken Chalupa meal NO sour cream. Soft taco instead of crunchy.... As I proceed to the airport I reach into my bag and first thing I notice as I get onto the freeway is that I have a crunchy taco instead of soft. Great.. there goes that..... Ok no biggie. Make it the airport and think I am about to enjoy my Chicken Chalupa with NO SOUR CREAM. BOTH Chalupas had EXTRA sour cream. Literally!!!!!!!! Call same night, of course no answer! Called 2 times today no answer yet... But of course the leadership sets the tone. So naturally I have yet to be able to contact anyone. I want a refund. I should not have to pay for your staff to literally ruin everything about my meal. And I love Taco Bell will never return to this location though!!! Take note of all of the sour cream STILL on and soaked into these 3 napkins that I used to wipe the sour cream off...
Read moreI pick up my boyfriend from dialysis on Monday,Wednesday nFriday.Before the acting manager started everyone was friendly specialty a exemploye name Norma.Well we went Friday n I ask the manager if he could toast my tortilla alittle bit more he had a attitude started tell me I should of said that before cause now he wad going to throw it away n make another one.He rolled his eyes n I told him I didnt understand why he was making a big deal cause on Monday they just placed the totillia on the grill.I was so upset that I told him it was ok then he yelled I'll fix it I responded with no thank you.Then we were eating n one of his employer was just standing by the wall just staring at just us.I was so upset cause then customers came in n all the employees were in the back no one taking orders the customers were order from the machine on the wall.Anyway believe me we will not be going back.Its sad that customer...
Read moreWent to get food in drive thru And the guy who looked like a manager with a button-up shirt and Gray hair was really rude About my card not going through he kept saying insufficient funds which That wasn't the case , it was my card having issues with the chip. I also just had put money in that early morning And when I told him That And to run it again please, he sounded sarcastic saying "oh ok you have money" . He did ask if I had another card that worked and I needed a second to get it but when he gave me my card back he shut the window and I tried waving him down with the other card I had, he completely ignored me. I was just really hungry and was already having a bad day and that customer service was not nice in any way and will not be returning to that one.
