For starters this place is pretty amazing! If you wanna play some golf without leaving the comfort of your own little spot this is the place for you. I ordered the Mac and cheese bites, chicken and waffles, and a water with lemons. I was brought my water with lemons first and did not have to ask for the lemons a second time so that’s already a plus!!! Let’s start with the Mac and cheese bites. I tried my first one without any sauce, then I tried with the mixed marinara, then with the white sauce. Let’s start with the texture I am baffled at how perfectly crunchy yet soft when taking my first bite. My mouth was meet with white cheese oozing while intermingled with elbow noodles. These are mint slices of Mac and cheese meets a zesty love affair. I was taken back the moment I took my first bite, my taste buds were excited with joy. The explosive taste from the Mac and cheese and zest made a magnificent pairing. I have never had a Mac and cheese bite this amazing and I have had quite a few from different places. I will say there is a little tiny kick once you swallow your bite. You will feel a little heat but I promise you it is sooo worth it!!! I will say with the mixed marinara sauce I really wasn’t a fan it took away the flavoring from the Mac and cheese. However the white sauce was a perfect match if you needed to dip them in anything. To be completely honest you do not even need any sauces for these little bites from the cooking heavens that is how amazing these little bites are. Now onto the chicken and waffles, you receive syrup and white gravy. With ease you are able to cut into the top waffle them chicken then waffle. The waffles are fluffy and full. When taking a bite I realize that even though they are about the size of a half dollar they pack a punch. The waffle itself is full of flavor for being small I was super impressed that this little waffle taste better than most waffles I’ve had in my life. They are small yet full of life, mixed with the tender juicy chicken it’s a match made for the books. The chicken is so moist that it falls apart so easily event when cutting into it. Once you take a small piece of waffle and chicken with some syrup your tastebuds come to life. You are getting all the tastes in one overwhelming your mind with explosions of happiness. The chicken is breaded yet the breading soaks up anything it comes into contact with which makes it even better. I tried the waffle without syrup and wow was I impressed as well as with the chicken. I was overwhelmed with comfort that it for a moment took me back to child hood when your loved one made something from scratch and with love that you could taste the love in the food. I tried the chicken with the white gravy as well and I will say it was delightful. Their chicken and waffles is one for the books, my taste buds were overflowing with amazement as too how such a small meal can make such a large impact on my chicken and waffle experience. The chicken and waffles are also the best I have ever head and that is saying something. The service was amazing as well my server made sure I was taken care of to the max. She introduced herself and was always checking with all her tables not just mine in a timely fashion. She made me feel that she cared not only that my food was the best but that I was enjoying my golf game as well. I will say it is my first time ever playing golf which was not easy but it definitely was fun! Come get you some great food and play a few rounds while in an enclosed and climate controlled area. It will definitely be worth it especially if your looking for something...

We had a fabulous time at TopGolf Austin --- spent around $400 in food and drinks alone, plus had a group of 9 playing and visiting. All of that great energy and great experience was rapidly destroyed while our party was leaving the venue. After we exited the main entrance, a manager named John approached our group requesting to see our receipt. We thought this was unusual and asked why he requested to see the receipt. He stated that he needed to verify that we paid for the bottle of wine that we had corked by the servers to take home, since it had about 33% of the wine left in the bottle. The tone of the request and the ensuing poor justification for the request from John was accusatory in nature and screamed of discrimination since our group was speaking Spanish. This was an international group of family visiting, with residents in Austin/Round Rock, Washington, DC, and Spain. We are all highly accomplished professionals who work in senior positions in government, as medical professionals, and as highly successful business people. To have staff suddenly imply that we were stealing a nearly empty bottle of wine was abhorrent and a total discredit to the amazing time we had as a family at Top Golf. This was my first time at TopGolf and I was planning to return until this horrible racist experience took place. The manager eventually apologized for the inquiry, though what made the situation worse was that security guards came and stood behind him with a smirk on their faces. They were taunting us for being Spanish speakers after we finally left the manager behind---even though the manager apologized for his actions. For the record, we did comply with the request and presented the manager with the receipt. We also offered to leave the bottle with him since he was so rude to us. It makes 0 sense for staff to assume we would've stolen a bottle of wine when the only way we would have access to the bottle is if we had ordered a full bottle. The servers closed us out well before we exited the facility and the manager should've queried internally before this exchange would have ever happened.

You must retrain your staff. It is unacceptable to demand a receipt like this and embarrass a group of patrons who spent good money at your facility. This would have been a 5-star review based on our experience playing TopGolf and with the servers, who were all fantastic. John ruined our evening and needs to be held accountable for his actions. The security guards should also be retrained, racial taunts are not acceptable and not up to the TopGolf brand standard I've previously been familiar with. I expect follow-up from TopGolf management with an explanation of what will be done to prevent this unfortunate situation from happening to...

I had a somewhat up and down experience here on my recent visit on May 15th, it was interesting, but overall I had a great time.

Starting off: My friends and I were waiting at the bar on the first floor as we waited for our bay to open. The bartenders seemed really busy due to one large table with about 12 people. The bartenders took a while until they came and asked what we wanted to drink. We got our drinks, found out about 15min later, our bay was ready and wanted to close out our tabs. We flagged our bartender down and told him we wanted to close out. He went to the register, but as it turned out he was closing out some other customers including the large party. He gave them the bill and talked with them for a bit as it seemed he was friends with them. Afterwards, he passed by my group and said he was going to close us out. He went back to the register for about 7min, then came back to us and said something was going on with the register and he was still trying to close us out. After about 5min more, he came by and said he talked with the manager and comped us for the delay. That was a nice surprise and I appreciate him for going above and beyond due to the inconvenience of it taking so long to try and close out our tabs.

When we got to our bay, on the bottom floor, we ordered some drinks, but one of the drinks, Pineapple Punch, wasn't available. We specifically ordered a golf bag of Pineapple Punch (basically a pitcher of the drink) and we were told they don't have the golf bag and they don't have Pineapple Punch. We didn't really question it and just ordered other drinks. I'm not sure why the bar on the bottom floor didn't have the ingredients or premix as the bar on the first floor. Or why they couldn't go to the other bars on different floors to get the ingredients to make the drink. Like I mentioned before, we didn't question it and just ordered different drinks.

Overall my friends and I had a great time celebrating my birthday. Top Golf is a fun place to go to and I'll be back again hopefully...
