As a reviewer it pains me to give less than just OK reviews. I want to see businesses thrive.

I came with my wife to get breakfast for us and my folks. We ordered a few of their breakfast sandwiches from the menu, a burrito, blueberry muffin and a coffee.

It took 35+ minutes to get the food so thankful we could drink coffee while we waited.

We ran into other family and they waited a long time too for just a toasted bagel (15+ minutes).

The woman Priscilla who took the order said they were overwhelmed with a ton of catering orders for the day.

A big frustration was that the breakfast burrito ordered without beans came WITH beans. I know the kitchen was busy but the order literally said NO beans.

The French toast breakfast sandwich was overly sweet. Even with bacon and cheese the taste was just sweet not even syrup.

My helluva good bagel was the best thing ordered. It comes with bacon horseradish cream cheese (never seen that anywhere else) bacon, tomato, picked onion & sprouts. I added an over medium egg to make it the most breakfasty.

My three stars is not for the waiting time more for the mistakes on orders and overall...

I love this place. Excellent food, fast service, and very friendly service. HOWEVER, I recently had a bad experience here which I would rate a 2-3....thus, the overall 4 rather than 5. This past Memorial day I had a craving for marinara sauce and ordered two sandwiches....a chicken parmesan and an eggplant parmesan. The sandwiches were ready in less than 10-15 minutes, which was fast and the cost with tax was around $25. When I opened the sandwich packaging and looked at the sandwiches I was dismayed and shocked to see there was almost NO MARINARA SAUCE on either of them. I mean literally there was like less than 1/4 teaspoon of sauce on each sandwich. Totally unacceptable. Notwithstanding the almost complete lack of sauce, the quality of the sandwiches was excellent. In fairness to Avon Bakery I did not give them the opportunity to make things right which I have no doubt they would have. Nonetheless, they need to watch their quality control and they should not have sold me the two sandwiches if they were out of red sauce. I still love Avon Bakery and will return...

Food is 5 star, service today was terrible. I was there today at 2:15pm to pick up up a sandwich from my favorite spot in the area. The young lady working cashier was very rude and clearly doesn’t like her job. We placed an order for pickup with Extra sauce. She didn’t give it to us. Not a problem. Mistakes happen. But when we asked her for the sauce she said “I don’t think you ordered that”….being that she was the one that took our order, she messed up and realized it. She asked for extra sauce and we waited 5 minutes for it. When she finally got it from the service counter, she through it in the counter with a disgusting demeanor. I told them thank you and to have a good day, and she didn’t even respond. Relax lady, you’re not in New York, people are supposed to be nice in Colorado. Also my Ruben was burnt, still tasted good but was not the best one I’ve had there. Also, $8.49 for two sodas is steeper than...
