I brought my skis in to get a pair of AT bindings put on. Staff was nice and they said they would have my skis ready the next morning. All I asked them to do was attach the bindings to the skis. I can adjust them myself, I'm just not comfortable drilling into my skis. The guys helping me said that they wouldn't need my boots. So I leave kinda sad that I was just charged $60 for some drilling but I wanted to give this shop a try.
I stop in the next evening expecting to pick up my skis and find that they haven't been touched. I ask what's going on and get told that they can't be mounted because they don't have my boots and because a cosmetic piece on the binding is damaged. After 25 minutes of explaining to the guy, that I am supposed to be trusting to mount my skis, that the piece is cosmetic and serves no real function, I ask for my refund. He then agrees to mount my skis and confirms that he doesn't need my boots. He promises to throw in a free tune on they're really expensive machine due to the miscommunication.
So I get a message this afternoon when I'm enjoying Apres that they need my boots to finish mounting. Really?! We've been through this already! I've paid $60 for them to drill 8 holes and turn 8 screws. How is this so hard... So I call them back and the guy tells me that they're open till 5 so I rush to my locker room to grab my boots and run to the store. I'm relieved as I see they're still open at 5:05 because I want my skis. As I'm walking in I notice that the sign on the door says they're open till 6... Awesome, rushing around icy roads to get somewhere that was open for another hour...
So I hand my boot over so they can "finish adjusting the toe piece". 10 minutes later he brings my stuff out, bindings look good, but the bases haven't been touched... Guess that guy last night didn't follow through with anything. I'm just happy to have my skis in one piece and never deal with this shop again. Such a shame since they're so close to where I live...

I was fitted for a snowboard there and Riley the woman helping me out was incredibly knowledgeable and just a gem of a salesperson making sure I was taken care of on the Demo rides I did. She got me fitted on 2 boards and after trying them both out I made a purchase at another location in Denver. There was a bit of a complicated issue with that board I purchased in Denver but Christy’s manager in Avon Jake was such a rockstar in helping me navigate the concern. I actually had a friend drop off and pickup the return and he was there both on the phone with me and to help my friend in store who dropped off for me. I can’t thank them enough. I live in Oregon but visit this area often. I’ve purchased gear from many ski shops around the country & I can say confidently the level of service I got keeps me wanting to purchase gear here despite the distance. This shop is on another level. There is no substitute for taking care of your customers to this degree. Also I can check out things online as they have a large presence there too. Very very very great customer service. I can’t thank them enough. Love the board I got and super stoked to ride the replacement...

We were simply browsing, with no intention of buying anything, when we met Riley M. She was absolutely fantastic! We were interested in the different types of snowboarding bindings, and Riley patiently explained everything to us. Her product knowledge was impressive, and her passion for snowboarding was truly inspiring.
What really struck us was that Riley wasn't pushy at all. She genuinely wanted to help us find the right gear. We ended up buying not one, but two sets of Nordic Supermatic bindings! Riley even took the time to fit the bindings to my Burton snowboard right there in the store.
