Just to make everyone aware! If you see a piece of furniture you want and there is a hold tag on it, just rip it off and they’ll sell it to you. SOL if you put a hold tag on an item. Doesn’t mean anything. Happened to me twice. If you bought this couch, shame on you if you ripped off the hold tag. Patty - If you're unaware of why I gave such a poor rating, then let me explain. When you as a business have a client who is interested in a piece of furniture that has not yet been priced, is it not on you to either figure the price out then or within the next 30 minutes while the client is able to wait or guarantee a hold if you are offering a hold? Is the client expected to sit there in the store, potentially until the store closes, to make sure another person doesn't rip off the hold tag? If you offer a hold and don't make a note of it or a list for your salespeople, then doesn't that really just negate a hold? So you don't really offer holds and should stop offering them. No, it's not up to you to make sure no one rips a hold tag off, but it is up to you to make a note of it and when you sell a piece of furniture you double check the hold list so that if the client is not truthful you can kindly reply that you first need to check with the person who has it on hold. That's basic business protocol and organization. This ensures you don't upset clients. So either offer a hold and make sure you can stand by your claims of what you are offering as a business, or don't offer a hold. I was told I would receive a call the next day about the price of the couch. No one ever called. So this completely negates your statement that a hold expires at noon the next day, because that is not what happened. Just apologize and own that your business and staff are at fault, versus trying to make weak and uncredible excuses. I stand by my low rating, and I'd suggest you make some amendments to your business protocol. For future clients, if you want a piece of furniture and there is a hold tag on it, just rip it off because no one will ever know, and you'll get the piece of...
Read moreNest is truly one of the finest stores in the state of Colorado. My mother in law and wife took me here a year ago when we purchased a home in Silverthorne. Since, I find us always making a trip to find their hidden gems. I really look forward to shopping here and always leave with my expectations beyond exceeded. We live in Frisco now, and it is absolutely worth the trip both in a large SUV and a U-Haul. You’re not going to find any place like this with fair prices on styles from Bernhardt to Roche Bobois. The staff has been so hopeful finding one of a kind pieces that make our home pop. Run by great people who want to make sure you’re happy. I’m proud to call the staff friends and will be back again very soon. If you find something you like, don’t pass it up because I promise it will be gone on...
Read moreThe customer service was outstanding! My wife and I had ordered new furniture through West Elm and they scheduled a sofa delivery one day before renters were to show up at our rental. I had the old sofa removed and donated. West Elm call at the last minute cancelling the delivery of the sofa, saying they lost part of it. Now I had no sofa and renters coming the next day. I went to the nest and found a sectional in good condition. The folks at the nest went out of their way to accommodate my needs and delivered the sofa early the next morning. I want everyone to know what a quality...
