There is limited dine in seating inside the restaurant, parking is both in front and rear to the store, it’s decent.

I’ve been a fan of Charley's, so I was excited at the opening of this location. How quickly that excitement was squashed. I used drive thru on a Thursday evening around 5:40-5:50 PM. No one ahead me however , many cars arrived after me. I placed what I consider to be a large order totaling 62.00. 3 large sandwiches , 3 cheese fries , 2 mozzarella sticks. The food was terrible and extremely disappointing. It’s as if the meat was premade and kept warm with cheese melted on it. Extremely dry and bread was hard.I only live 5 minutes away so there is no way it got dried out and cold that quick.I was shorted The mozzarella sticks, but charged. The overall quality was absolute trash and not at all to the standard that Charley’s stores I’ve visited offer!!!! So disappointing. I will say the young lady who took order and handed food through window was kind and knowledgeable. I doubt I will ever go back. I’d rather light the money on fire than pay for terrible food; especially now with all the other options being made available in our area!!!. ...

Ordered 2 large sandwiches on-line $28. We have allergies, so we needed to be very specific. Order on receipt was correct and indicated allergies. Drove home and both sandwiches were wrong. Tried to call and there is no local business number! They do not want to talk with you and cannot! Called 800 number no one answers. Left 2 messages with no call back. Wrote on line complaint with no response. Before discarding sandwiches, noted green peppers and onions were raw, not grilled, and lettuce was dark muddy brown. Poor quality and zero customer service! Took photos. Beware and don't waste your money! They do not give refunds, credits, or replace incorrect orders and they will not talk with you or answer your messages.
