Just wanted to let you know that out of all your MCDONALD'S Silverdale has ALWAYS BEEN the best food and service anywhere. Your staff always apologizes if you need to pull forward if any of it takes too long they give you a card for something free. I never use them because I loose them notoriously. But still gestured. I appreciate it. Gals that I have seen for decades are so nice, the guys and young girls I see come through are always presentable, clean and have a smile and tell me to have a good day or great day. Food is always fresh!!! I've been meaning to comment and let you know how amazing your store is! Julie who has worked at a couple is as sweet as they come. I've been going for over 35 years to this store and prefer this one and Bainbridge is also pretty Awesome and so is Port Orchard off the freeway. Good job and tip my hat to your standards. It’s because; 1: when you ask for no onions they always either A: forget that the order doesn’t have onions or don’t read the screen and power through it. B: they put onions on it and then wipe it off leaving remnants of onions. Then the burger tastes like onions even after they wipe it off. 2: no matter how many times I’ve went through the drive thru and ordered a burger without onions, they’ve always messed it up. I’ve done a test run and recorded it every time 1 out of 20 orders is correct when you ask for no onions. 3: when you ask for mayonnaise they always load it up with so much mayo that it’s a messy burger and the presentation is horrible. We don't often go to this location, due to years of similar order mistakes or missing items, but we were in a time constraint with limited options. After having several issues with my order, I contacted the location to seek a resolution and was met with extreme hostility and unethical treatment from their manager, who spewed profanities and insults to me over the phone and hung up on my husband and me multiple times. The level of inappropriateness throughout my interactions was astonishing. This location operates under the belief that they can treat patrons with extreme disrespect and have zero value for their business.
