Knows exactly what it's about, and doesn't care what you think it should be. Got to the front door and thought I was in the wrong place, because it didn't necessarily look the part, but double checked and went in. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal. I had a filet mignon and it was exceptional and paired excellently with the scotch the waiter recommended. My girlfriend had the lobster and said it was probably the best lobster she'd ever had. Will almost certainly be coming back. Update: April 2022 Still one of our favorite places we've been. The food was again to die for. Girlfriend had a few bartender's choice cocktails that she was very pleased with and I was recommended a new favorite scotch. The cake was a great way to end the meal, we ended up both needing our own slice. Staff is still incredibly fun and helpful. We're thinking of making it a thing to come a few times a year even though we're from across the water. Meant to take more pictures, but forgot cause we were having such a lovely time.

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. I eat out a lot btw. I sat at the bar and was served by the owner. He had the perfect cadence of checking in and leaving me alone to enjoy the experience. The pricing is extremely fair on high-quality food & drinks. The Wagyu NY steak was memorable. The frites & caesar salad were the perfect complement to a beautiful piece of meat. Don’t leave without getting the Tiramisu. It’s a can’t miss restaurant if you’re visiting or live in the area

Visiting Bainbridge Island and found this restaurant in a random google search. We stopped by on a Friday night and had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly, the mashed potatoes were delicious, the frites were crispy, the ribeye was cooked perfectly and the lamb was so amazing I actually chewed on one of the bones! Great service and nice ambiance. Seriously, stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This sweet little spot is excatly the kind of place I always look for when exploring a new area! Local, small, great drinks, incredible food, beautiful ambiance, and fantastic service!! Their craft cocktails were top notch, after trying a couple of the whiskey drinks, I asked the bartender for something with vodka. He asked me some questions about what I like and created me the most delicious drink I've ever had! EVER! Everything we ate was melt in your mouth fantastic!! This place has a fantastic steak & lobster, cooked to perfection and the sides were perfectly sautéed with a sauce that I wanted to put on everything. I didn't even have room for desert the servings were so big, but it next time I go i'm getting it first! I saw a cake brought out to another table and...wow! I was drooling...wish I would have taken it to go. This place is one of those local gems that does it RIGHT! So stop reading and head there immediately, you...

Wow! What a pleasant surprise to discover this island gem! Based on another review, we stopped in and enjoyed a couple of well-crafted drinks. My guy enjoyed the fish & chips, and I thoroughly enjoyed the lobster bisque! The Caesar salad was perfectly assembled with large slivers of fresh Parmesan and a garlicky dressing.

We loved the vibe, service, and food/drinks. Chestin is a master at his craft of cocktails, and Kristy provided friendly and great service.

We can’t wait to try the steak next time or maybe the cauliflower “steak” with a red pepper sauce.

My new island fav hole...
