I have for over ten years always had them install VIPER ALARMS on my cars..Every time I always got a receipt & the paperwork on the alarm & "2" remotes.. This last time I was their I only got one remote..no paperwork about the type of alarm..but I did get a receipt..I THOUGHT since I only got ONE REMOTE that beings the alarm was by far the most expensive one they had , that I was only supposed to get one..I had no reason to think any other way.. I did go back and ask for the paperwork, hoping they still had it..They did, and had to go to their trash outside the building and dig around for it..I recently had to be hospitalized and had some concerns about only having ONE remote..I thought it would be best to go by and see about purchasing a extra one..To my surprise they were $150..I was shocked..but beings I had purchased a very expensive alarm system, I was almost ,( was reaching to get the money), going to buy purchase it, no problem..Then the owner said the magic words, he asked me why I was getting another one, I told him I needed it in case something happened to this one, and he said "WELL EVERYONE GETS 2 UPON INSTALLATION OF ALL MY ALARM SYSTEMS"..I stepped back and said WELL I DIDN'T.."I WOULD NOT BE HERE TO BUY A EXTRA ONE IF I HAD GOT TWO LIKE YOUR SAYING I SHOULD HAVE".. HE knew I didn't get two..What a stupid thing for someone to do, pay for a extra one if you already had a extra one..ESPECIALLY WHEN HE SELLS THEM FOR $150.. HE actually was out and out in no uncertain terms at the end of our conversation without saying out loud that I was a liar, and saying he gave me 2 remotes..and told me to go look in my car that it is in my car..I politely invited him to go out and show me where he thinks he put that imaginary second remote.. He would not budge..just stood their with a dishonest grin on his face, and flipping the the remote that I ALMOST BOUGHT AROUND on the wall where they hung saying over and over he gets $150 ALL DAY , EVERYDAY FOR THEM.. Not from me!! ..Once I know your A DISHONEST PERSON I will never put money in your hand again..I will go and pay $200 if I have to to someone that doesn't lie and is an honest businessman.. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY EVERY TIME I WENT THEIR SOMEONE WAS DISPUTING THEIR RECENT TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM.. NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ME "MR.OH" /YOU ARE VERY SHADY & DISHONEST .. I( have to also say, that I am positive I am not the only one that has had a bad experience...

My subs stopped and it was apparent to me that it was a wiring issue because it slowly went out over time, anyways I showed uo here at 4 o'clock and first ran into the mechanic and told him what I needed and he seemed like he wanted to help but then his boss/owner came walking out and he already was going to say no I could just tell by how he was looking at me, and I reassured him that a wire( or two) is loose, I just don't know which one and was willing to pay 20$ or more if needed for what seemed like a simple solution. But he wasn't even caring he just wanted me off his property and kept saying they don't have time even though there was an hour left in the day, and on top of that as all this is going on somebody else pulls up and the boss was gladly willing to listen and help that man( here's what my understanding is, I have tattoos, had a guns n roses shirt on and ears pierced, the other guy had no tats, no piercings(not that any of this matters but it matters to the Asian owner). I'd like to end my review by saying that Asian dude is a straight up female puppy, didn't know people were so openly racist like that still. Thanks for reading ( sorry for the long review...

Used these guys in the past multiple times. When I called to schedule an appointment today for some additional work and was told they could not give me a price due to how busy they are. I expressed concern that the time it takes to complete the install does not change due to how busy they are so why would they not be able to give a price. Then I'm told they are too busy to schedule the work.

Ultimately, I was not concerned about when they could do it, just wanted an appointment to get it done and a fair price. They couldn't even do that. Very disappointing. I will be finding another shop for my needs.

I hope they understand that COVID will be over and the work they have now will subside and they will depend upon those loyal customer to...
