SWEET BITES N ICE — Restaurant in Bakersfield

The food is delicious, unfortunately what gives it a bad experience is the lack of customer service. You walk into the store and no one greets you . Not a single hello. The place could be empty and they’ll see you standing there and they will just keep on working . I’ve been to this place multiple times and they have a sign up stating “ be patience , new employees “. I think they’re taking advantage of that sign . It’s been up for about two months already . If you guys can actually train your employees to welcome the customer so we can feel more welcome (it only takes about a sec of the day ) I think my rating would’ve been different. But I’m definitely not the only one that feels that way , so it’s definitely something that needs to be brought up to...

Visit was on April 5, 2025, It was my first time at this restaurant, and I specifically came to try their Dubai Chocolate strawberries I spent $15.00 which I thought it was a little pricy but I was thinking they came in a small cup like other places but.. Sweet bites N ice did not disappoint not only was a good quantity of strawberries they were also very delicious First time trying this trend of Dubai Chocolate & It was soo good, worth the price definitely a sharing size which was great since i went with my family ❤️ the atmosphere was nice its in an outdoor setting(white Ln location) pretty cool to hangout & have something sweet 😋 employees were nice & helpful overall great experience will definitely be coming back to try...

This is an odd review for me as I'm not actually able to review any of the food or beverages. After seeing this place while picking up food one day, my wife and I had planned to go but never seemed to find the time.

Finally tonight we were close and had the time so decided to stop in, after entering, we waited at the counter for five minutes, being passed by, by no less than 3 employees. We watched while they talked, showed each other their phones and continued to make food without even changing gloves.

All that aside every single one of the lanky broccoli headed little runts looked at us multiple times and continued doing nothing without ever actually acknowledging our existence...
