Ordered through drive thru and ordered 4 apple pies and other items, was told at the window they only had 3 apple pies and if I wanted to get an Oreo pie as a replacement. I agreed. At the drive through window they gave me my bag and I had already driven off and realized they forgot my cheeseburger and the Oreo pie. I went to the door it was locked and I knocked, 2 customers came out and I went in. The manager in burgundy shirt starts berating me asking how I got in. I wasn't aware that I couldn't be inside and I was holding my McDonalds bag, I explained that my cheeseburger and Oreo pie was missing. She doesnt apologize and again states Im not supposed to be in here and says that the Oreo pies are still in the oven so if I wanted cookies. Why would the worker at the window hand me my bag knowing the Oreo pie wasn’t in there? She clearly thought oh well and handed my bag out knowing I was missing 1 item. The manager doesn’t apologize for her mistake and instead decides to yell at me for being inside the establishment. I honestly was so shocked at how she was speaking to me so I agreed for the cookie swap. As shes giving the cookies she once again says next time that I need to go through the drive thru. There was 10 cars in the drive thru, I find that so inconvenient that I would have to wait through 10 cars because of the mistake of the staff. I even called the number listed on my receipt 3x trying to get ahold of someone. Not only did she not apologize she yelled at me for a simple misunderstanding. I asked for a extra empty cone so I can half the ice cream with my mom since she’s diabetic bt was told it’s 2.50 the girl was so rude and den asked for the manager just to see if we can still buy the empty cone. Spoke to the manager which she also had demanding voice and she also said no we can’t charge you bc there is no code den I said well can u give it for free then. Read moreI visited today around 2:07 PM on March 7, 2025, and ordered a coffee. After a few minutes, I noticed that my order number wasn't being processed on the tracking display. I approached the pickup area for assistance, and an older lady worker informed the manager, Sonia or Cynthia, that I needed help. Unfortunately, she responded dismissively, saying she didn't care, before putting her headset back on and heading to the drive-thru window.
I then spoke to another employee in a grey shirt, who identified herself as the General Manager. I explained my experience with the other manager, but she seemed uninterested and simply inquired about my order. It took 11 minutes for me to finally receive my coffee.
