Tacos La Villa — Restaurant in Bakersfield

During the day I really like this place but tonight the service was unacceptable. There was a 30-minute wait in the Drive-Thru on a Sunday and against my better judgment I didn't back out. I had to clarify for the girl in the Drive-Thru that I wanted Pico and extra cheese in my quesadilla and I had a feeling it wasn't going to be made right. Needless to say my quesadilla had half the meat it normally does most of the quesadilla had no meat and there was definitely not any of the cheese I paid for and not a speck of Pico de gallo. The refried beans were whole, not even made right. Then we opened my partner's burrito supreme and it was literally drenched in sour cream past an appetizing point. And of course no manager at night. I love tacos la villa but with so many different locations none of them taste like another. And unfortunately for this location that's not a compliment. Their proportions were big and there was hardly any fat on the carne, which is what will be a deal breaker for me most of the time. I had the Wet Burrito w/ red sauce... it was freaking huge covered & smothered in red sauce. It was delicious and extremely hot at first but once I was a quarter of the way through it it became less hot and unfortunately less flavorful. But overall was pretty good. Beware! I went to order food and was not charged correctly. The food was cool, but it's the dishonest that got me. As much as these restaurants charge ppl already don't rip me off! They price on the menu was clearly what they charged me they the girl who charged me act like she didn't charge me wrong, then she gave me a bs reason.. oh the price went up.. the crazy thing is if it's an honest business and just tell me the price went up, I wouldn't have had a issue paying it but again when you're dishonest and try to take advantage of situations that's the problem.
