I placed a curbside order because my husband has COVID and we waited for 38 minutes before getting in the drive thru as no one brought out our order. Once we waited in the long drive through line, we told them that we were waiting at the curbside and that no one brought our order out. They then insisted that we go inside because all mobile orders were to be picked up inside. I stated I couldn’t come inside and they kept telling me to come inside. I told them that I wasn’t getting out of the car, my husband was sick and we were in pajamas so I was going to stay in line. We get to the front and the lady at the front window hands us our food, doesn’t apologize at all and once again emphasizes that next time we need to get out and pick up our food. We say that the app literally says curbside and that someone will bring out our order and she said oh, did you park in one of the two spots? And we said yeah? She offered no apology, our food was cold and soggy and honestly ruined the remainder of our day. We don’t eat out a lot so we were looking forward to our meal. We would have appreciated if they apologized or remade our food as they were clearly in the wrong but we didn’t receive that at all. They either need to stop taking curbside orders or get that issue fixed. We will be taking this up with corporate. What if we did walk in with Covid? What if we were disabled and couldn’t do that? So they expected us to get out of the drive through line after already waiting 30-40 minutes and going through the long drive...
Read moreMy family of 5 visits this location several times a week but that ends as of last night. They are never consistent. Always out of stock on something, don’t tell you until after you’ve paid and waited in line. This is the second time recently where they give out unsweet tea. Today I finally remembered to taste my drink before I left the drive thru and sure enough, not sweet at all. One of the young ladies says to the other, here’s another customer complaining about the tea and she laughs. Then the other young lady ask can you fix some sweet tea and the other mumbles something and laughs and she just says, we don’t have any sweet tea but here I can give you some sugar. If you’re getting complaints fix the problem. I ask for a sprite with no ice (because it takes us 15mins to get to this location and I don’t want my drink watered down by the time I make it home) instead and I get a cup full of ice! I just drove off and get down the street and taste my fries and they are soft and half cooked. 😡The chicken was hot and freshly cooked though. They did give nice sizes this time, several times we receive small tender pieces which ridiculous for the price we pay. If they are small they should add another piece. I’ve given this location several chances, but I’m done and it’s only getting worse. It was great when they first opened. But We will take our dollars back to...
Read moreJulius did the most absolutely hospitable and selfless thing for me today! I wear a $500 removable custom gold grill in my mouth that I have to remove every time I eat. I removed it while I ate at the restaurant today and placed inside the container with my 4 piece. After I eating, I closed the container and threw everything away not realizing that I also threw away my $500 gold grill. I left the restaurant and realized about 45 minutes later what I had done. When I called the store to tell them what happened, Julius was telling me that they were changing the trash as we spoke and that he would hold the bags until I got there since I was already on my way. Upon getting here, I saw that he had already begun digging through the trash bags looking for my description of the bag I threw away that had my gold grill in it. I told him I would help but he politely turned it down. He found and returned my grill to me quickly and I couldn't be more greatful. He also would not accept a tip i tried to give him. His customer service, hospitality, and selfless act should be what a company strives for in an employee. He is truly...
