American Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Baltimore

Hi, I want to take this time to update my post about this restaurant. I recently went back to get lunch. I was very impressed with how the young man at the front counter greeted me. I was even more impressed with the way he addressed me about my last post about him. Honestly, I should know his name but he was very professional with the way he approached me about my last post about him. He asked me questions regarding my post about his attitude. We both took some responsibility on the exchange that happened that precipitated the earlier post. I was elated with the way he handled himself and his concern about the impression he felt that he left with me and how others may perceive him after reading that post. I want to say thank you to the young man for addressing it with me and for him to keep up the good work. The food was great!!! New startup that is great if you don’t mind all fried and enough to feed a large group on the cheap. The $14 combo had perfectly cooked fish and chicken that was decent (some perfect some overcooked a touch). Enough food for at least two on the combo (and I’m a big eater). Owner on site and wants to do well, but not sure there’s much business experience. On personal call the entire time we were there. Was slow, but all tables dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. Mismatched tables and Boths that’s expected from a startup, so don’t expect a five star environment. I came here for the first time last week for fried mushrooms. They told me to come back for some chicken next time. So i did today. I ordered the three piece wing value meal for $7.99. AMAZING value and food!!! The delicate crisp on the fries AND chicken was out of this world. The seasoning was so good that I didnt even use the hot sauce and ketchup I asked for. My meal was hot and stayed that way the entire walk back to work and until the very last bite. Chefs kiss! I will be back and I will send more of...
